I hate writing bad reviews and I have been very patient with the staff and have gone multiple times thinking it would get better... but not ONCE in the last 5 months has my order been right. I've even pointed at pictures, had them read it back to me and triedwording it very specifically. I don't even change how they make it they just never can seem to get it right off of their ownmenu. I don't know what else to do but bring it to their attention this way and to never go back to this location again. Stinks. Read more

They ran my card when I ordered in the drive thru line. When I got to the window to pick up my food they said it must not have... gone through and asked me to pay again. I let them run it again. When I got home it was the wrong order. I paid for someoneelse's order and got their food. Pay attention to what you're doing. Read more

I'm not sure who the gentleman was walking around the restaurant helping deliver peoples order to their tables and refilling... drinks and talking with people. I assume he was either the owner or high level manager but he was super nice and super cool. This chick fil a needs work, I got here 2 minutes before close and just wanted some food. I waited very patiently behind the... slowest person in existence, then they wouldn?t take my order (it was 10:00 exactly). Then I went to the window and was toldthey don?t honor it if you?re in line before 10, only if you?re at the speaker box at or before 9:59. I?ve been to many chickfil a?s and none of them have this policy. I was in line before you closed, honor the guest. I am 100% positive I won?t returnto this location and I?ll tell my family and friends who all live in the general area not to return as well. Read more

Great location and always top notch service for quick takeout. Don?t be scared of the double circle for drive through as they... move quick and efficient. They?ve got employees outside to speed up the process taking multiple orders at a time for the kitchento prepare. I use the Chick-fil-A app to order ahead and just tell them my name at the drive through. You earn rewards andoccasional treats through the app. Food has also been quality and packed correctly with any sauces requested. Read more

Chick-fil-A has always had amazing customer service across all locations. However, this location broke a record with bad... customer experience. It was not rush hour it was 7:25am.
