Went inside to tell the employee and... she had a stank face like if she was bothered by me going to tell her about my issue. I will not be coming to this locationagain. Mr. Eager, A lot of people talk great about Chick fil a. We all know this brand it?s one of the best in the fast food industry.... What is sad about your location it?s your people and the values. I truly believe chick fill a it?s about empathy ?every life hasa story? I recognize this because I work in the food industry and your brand was a great example for my team members. BUT I havenever experienced something like tonight. I took my children to get a kids meal they not only crave your food but also yourplace because it?s convenient. Whoever took my order simply said we are about to close and that?s the beginning of a worstexperience. The delivery took a while and I complain but the ?funny? part was having a whole crew laughing at me because I wascomplaining. HOW SAD ITS THIS? I?m not asking for money back, I don?t even want a free meal. I just want to let you know aboutyour staff and the PERCEPTION I have to take on my way back, please. I would ask??? Could you please PUT THAT VIDEO BACK AGAIN.So they might understand empathy it?s what was missed. Poor handling, poor customer services POOR VALUES!!! I was having a alright experience here till I drank my drink and it tasted like water so I went back up to the front and told... the cashier the problem and I ask for a lemonade since it wasn't part of the other drinks and as she goes to pour my drink ayoung "manager" comes and was like make sure you charge her for that. I have no problem with paying but I mean if YOUR machineisnt working properly I think you should make an accommodation for the customer not up the price.. then it was the way shejumped in the conversation like I was stealing or something. if that's the way she talks to people and resolves customers issuesanndd she's a manager?? When did Chick-fil-A start limiting the amount of sauce they would give you? And I haven?t heard the standard my pleasure... either. Chick-fil-A better get on top of their game. I went out of my way to have lunch here today but this did not feel likethe Chick-fil-A experience I was told I could not have four packets of sauce with two meals. Read more
