We walked into the dining room and what I think was a shift manager told us that the dining room was closing in 15 minutes so we... needed to take our food to go- then he said or we could eat in the dining room but we'd have to "EAT FAST." I was stunned by howrude this was. He also refused to let anyone else in and this was at 8:50. They should close earlier if they only want peopleto do take out. Read more

We eat CF a lot as my kids love it! I don?t like writing reviews but I am forced to leave one by the terrible customer service... they have! This morning I had to wait 25 mins in the curbside parking w a toddler in my car. I ended up going inside and thelady was standing right next to my order and taking car of other orders when I mentioned about my order and that I was waitingin car for 25 mins she didn?t apologize at all and just stood there. 2 days ago 2 apple juices were missing in my to go order,which has happened multiple times in last couple of month (missing food items ). I am definitely not ever going back to thislocation. I have given them so much business at least I deserved an apology. Read more

I hate to be even doing this?out of all the chick fil a I have been to, I?ve never had to write a bad review. I go to this one... this morning before work, it?s about 710am, I get into the drive through and I wasn?t greeted. I asked several times were theyopen. I finally pulled off to hear them say go head with your order so I turn back around. Mind you, I?m the only car in the DTso I?m thinking they closed but inside is open. So after I go back around to get back in the DT line, I?m still the only car, Iplace my order pull up to the window and pay. I literally work 5 mins from the location, I get to my desk by 725 and begin toeat my food. My chicken minis were old. The bread tasted like it was three days old and the hash browns tasted like they hadbeen cooked twice but still been sitting. I was highly disappointed. I contacted the store and of course no answer. In my 40years of life I have never had a bad encounter with this establishment. In fact, I tell fast food chains with poor service toreach out to Chick Fila for training. Not sure what is going on with this location but I was and still highly disappointed.Management please fix it. I?m hoping it?s a staff shortage problem and things are getting missed and they are not intentionallyserving expired or recooked stuff. Read more

I found a long hair in my sandwich and undercooked chicken and got sick that night. Sent an email to the headquarter before... writing this review but it seems like they don't care. They know that regardless of any bad experience customer had that we willcome back and eat it. According to the previous review, I guess I am not the only one that found hair inside the sandwich. Notgoing back to this location. Wish I could give zero rating! Read more

Is it just me or are fast food places getting worse and worse by the day?! My daughter got the 12 pack nuggets and there were... only 10, would have taken a picture of it but she already ate a couple nuggets before she told me she only had 10 and you allforget sauces and straws?? I always order through the app and I'm starting to feel like I get a better chance of gettingsomething free off the receipt the old school way opposed to the app. Why are your fries proportions always so short?? You guyscame out with these new fry boxes but yet you can't even fill them to the line. You guys raise your prices but drop the foodquantity.... And not to mention you guys always feel your cups with ice to the top so you don't put that much beverage in it,classic cheap skates stunt. Trust me I know I used to work for you all and my manager had us do a lot of things to skim thecustomer. I'm pretty close to calling you guys a quit. Very disappointed. Wrong orders and gross stuff in my drink ?? ???????????????????????? First issue: Today there was a dirty piece of styrofoam... stuck to the inside of the cup cover sitting in the drink. Second issue: Order was incorrect again, we ordered (2) GrilledSpicy Deluxe sandwiches but received (2) Regular Grilled sandwiches. This is the second time in less than 10 days we had anincorrect order. I typically let experiences like this go and just don?t buy from the restaurant anymore but I felt it was ahealth issue especially since these restaurants are telling us they are being extra careful because of Covid. I informed thewoman taking mobile orders of the issue but she didn't seem to understand how to take care of the problem, I told her I wantedto tell the manager, but that didn?t happen for some reason however they rewarded me with a $1.94 refund for the Sweet Tea.???? The service was fast and the flavor of the burgers I loved the chicken was crispy and the lemonade is very good. I'm glad they... give you options for fries or salad. The place looks clean and the service is good. Read more
