The worst experience 8:10pm with the night crew. I?ll break down my complaint: A) disgraceful portion sizes! I am a previous... employee of chipotle with nearly 3 years of experience working in all positions. My eyes are too well trained for portion sizesand I hate asking for ?a little bit more? attached is a picture of the steak I was given. I dug out and weighed every tinylittle piece because I desperately wanted to be wrong. 2oz of steak, as opposed to the 4oz standard. Worst is I asked themanager on duty to confirm the portion on my bowl was correct. She said ?a spoonful is 4oz? my response ?I understand, but thisis not a spoonful.? She disregarded me and short changed me half the meat!!! B) super slow! 4 items on the line took 20mins toget put through to cash - extremely slow and messy line. All ingredients were present, the employee was just incrediblyinadequate (kind, but terrible service) C) cash was so confusing. I explicitly told her my order (again, previous chipotleemployee with 65+ throughput on every shift ever attended) and she struggled to correctly charge me. She did finally get itright, but took way too long. A burrito and chicken/cheese 3pointer taco took 20mins!!! And short changed on portions of meatand queso (steak, chicken, and queso) Outrageous. Always great during the morning rush - they?re fast, clean, and correctportions. The night crew however needs better training. I don?t blame the fresh employees but am disappointed in the managersfor allowing such low quality service to happen right in front of them. Read more
They only had one person working the line. The cashier put my food on a dirty tray that a customer had just returned after... taking food to his table. The brown rice was undercooked (not just chewy but almost crunchy), it was 2pm but they tables hadnot been bussed, and there was no salt. Oh and the price hike is ridiculous. I spent $19+ for a drink, Barbadian bowl, andchips. Very disappointed. Just gross, dirty, and not a good representation of the Chipotle I know. Read more
This is a good location UNLESS you?re using the app to order ahead. If you aren?t standing there watching them make your food... they skimp you sooo hard. I got home and literally have half a bowl of food. Read more

Friends and I made an order for 3 bowls and a burrito. My friends bowls had chicken when they ordered barbacoa, and as you can... see I ordered steak and got chicken. At least my husband's burrito was correct. The food was also ordered an hour in advance andstill was not ready and was wrong when received. Not satisfied. Read more
This location is the WORST ONE! Especially the night crew. Go any where els but here! First off their standards for cleanliness... are non existent. The two pictures taken are after the employee wiped down the counters. The counters are always disgusting!Second the staff is absolutely rude. The last 4 times I have been here they are always out of the salad dressing! So I asked whyevery time I come at night their out of the salad dressing? She said the morning crew doesn?t make enough? I don?t understandthat. Why would they not make enough salad dressing for the night crew. The only reason why I came to this location was becauseit?s the closest one. But I will no longer come here! I went to the location on Parker and Plano parkway just to grab somedressing, it was like night and day. The whole place is spotless, the staff was nice, and they gave me my dressing for free whenI told them how the other location is always out. I?ve been to this location on and off in the passed with mixed experiences depending on the person everyone is different,... decided to stop by as it was between my commute, it was around 3:30pm 11/14/22 one server was on the line she helped me and dida fantastic job. Good service and quick. Didn?t catch the persons name but overall good job. I know in service it?s hard to comeacross good people definitely take care of this employee. The other staff was busy so I can?t comment, I?m sure they do greatalso. Thanks for the hard work! Forgot to mention on my yelp review the food was super good!
