Bad bad bad service. I was here over a week ago I do not plan on returning if I?m ever in the Plano area. The cashier petite... lady stayed glued to texting on her phone barely wanting to give me any cheese to put on my salad. I then encountered the lobbydishwasher who didn?t have any courtesy to ask could he retrieve any plates off my table besides reaching over my food and thenhad the audacity to bump me hard with the rolling cart and keep going. I notified the cashier to get the manager Katrina and shewas busy again doing paperwork I told her the incident and the guy was staring at me and the manager as I recalled what happenedthat was an eerie feeling. She informed me she would speak to him I?m like that?s not good enough . I had to ask the managerKatrina why didn?t have me feel out an incident report and only had me write my name down and phone number. I?m currently stillwaiting for someone to contact me. No one has contacted me and when I called back around 8:04 the cashier claim she stepped outbut that was a lie. I called the next day the other manager refused to give out any names over the phone and she had an NewOrleans accent and told me Katrina would be on vacation and the district manager would call me????????????????????????????????do not go here bad customer service and no sense of urgency for accidents by staff. Shopped at Aldi and decided to check out this place. Ordered a simple deep dish and cheesy bread. They made the pizza... incorrectly then opted to add on the right toppings and run it back through the oven. Pizza was not good for this reason andcommon sense should have persuaded them not to do this cheap lazy work around. My first and last time going here. Learn bettercustomer service, this experience speaks volumes about your establishment and culture. Read more
Very good Cicis. I'm leaving a five star because not only is the value good (plentiful options on the buffet and special pizza)... but also the cashier was very nice. He still honored my coupon despite my Cicis app crashing when trying to redeem I know hedidn't have to do that, but his genuine care for the customers was very nice. I'll be back again. Came at 845, was told that buffet closes at 930. You find still easy, but they put the food up. Okay no problem. They rushed us... the entire time. There was water all over the floor leaking from fountain drinks machine... All lights off, and then... Thecleaning lady comes and tries taking our plates of food... I told her no, 10, you close at 10. It was 946. She didn't speakEnglish so not sure she understood but tried to say mess and clean. Terrible experience, won't be back to this one. Read more
A very good Cici?s - for the price, you get good food - pizza is good (you can ask them to make whatever you want), salad bar is... good and, of course, the desserts (cinnamon rolls are my favorite) are awesome. There is a little arcade and games to play atthis location on Coit - pretty clean bathrooms, nice people working - overall a good experience at Cici?s. Read more
This cicis buffet is absolute amazing. Manager Torrance and his team is always welcoming, professional and keeps this cicis... running super smoothly. Their value and hospitality can?t be beat! There are always plenty of yummy pizzas available, the saladbar is super fresh, and the soup is always steaming hot and topped off. It?s a great place for families and friends to hang outbecause a large arcade area and amazing value. The restaurant has modern decor and looks nothing like some of the other datedcicis around town. The staff keeps everything looking immaculate, including the kitchen area and the drinks area. The cleaningstaff is also constantly making rounds to keep the eating area and washrooms spotless despite all the young kids making messesand running around. Read more
Big health code violation at this Cici?s location. I alerted the manager and her response was that the ice machine wasn?t... functioning properly as the ice kept getting stuck. So they decided to put a bucket of ice for everyone to use. Had one scoopand scoop was left in ice. Who knows how many people were using it. Read more
