Customer service sucks. Order was messed up, the employee had a melt down when I asked questions and when I asked for a manger... to do a refund and cancel the order all together, she proceeded to melt down about me to other employees. The manger said heknows it?s not appropriate for staff to talk rudely about customers, in front of customers, but didn?t have time to handle thatsort of stuff. Read more

I accidentally placed an online order to the wrong location. The GM, Donald, was extremely caring and helpful. He advised if I... cancelled the order with the other location he could assist me and he did just that. He took my order and had me out the door inminutes. He was extremely personable and had great customer service skills. This was my first time eating at Corner Bakery and Iwill be back! This location should just close down. At this point, they?re just forcing themselves in this location. This is what I got as... Pesto Cavatappi. The pasta is the penne not cavatappi and absolutely no sauce. The garlic bread u can see for yourself. Iliterally got boiled penne pasta and boiled chicken. Usually on the weekends I get a breakfast panini and a muffin. Today was no different except the quality was awful.
