Can I give less than one star? I ordered a couple of pizzas last night, prepaid online and then they were never delivered.... Called the store 6x to check up on the status of the order over a span of 3 hours, because the Tracker said they delivered myorder in 30 minutes. I had starving children and just wanted an honest estimate on when the pizza would arrive. The final time Icalled, I was put on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up - the guy had no intention of actually picking back up the phone. Ithen tried to call the store today - 5x I tried to call and they disconnect the call without a word. I usually order pizza oncea week from Dominos but never again after this! Read more

This dominos has the WORST customer service and take 2+hours to deliver 1 pizza. This didn?t just happen once but multiple... times! You have to constantly call to see where your pizza is and they always come up with a random time frame. I know thatbeing under staffed is a big issue many company?s are facing but they can be honest when it comes to wait times and not givetheir customers the runaround. Read more

My daughters loves Domino?s but If I could leave 0 stars I would, this place used to be ok for delivery, now the service is... terrible. The orders are ALWAYS messed up. We have a cheese allergy and always ask for a No cheese Pizza and we always end updestroying all the pizza because of the cheese, this place should cancel delivery service for good, the employees are rude, thepizza arrives late, and phones never answer or they hang up. I?ve ordered from the Domino?s app a couple of times now and didn?t have an issue until today. I?m really disappointed. It?s... been over an hour since I placed my order but I never received it. On the app, the tracking said my order was completed so Icalled the number of this address and they never pick up or straight up hang up if I let it ring for too long. Genuinely shockedat this poor customer service since I really loved Domino?s but my recent experience explains why they?ve such poor reviews.Guess you?ll just keep losing loyal customers lol do better, Domino?s! I like this domino's. I'm pretty sure I've never had an order that wasn't made correctly or that wasn't tasty. They're always... really fast and follow my delivery instructions/notes. One time I received an order that was meant for someone with an addresssimilar to mine but just across the street - I called the store, he called the delivery person, and she was right back at mydoor and was super kind from the get-go. No complaints from me, thank you! Read more

Franchise is in the toilet. Pizza was burned and paper thin. Pieces broke in half when lifting, no flex. This is the regular... hand tossed. Extra pepperoni pizza looks like regular. Read more

Staff was rude and a disorganized mess. App said that if my order wasn't brought out to my car within 2 mins of being marked... ready, they would credit a free pizza with the next order. They brought out my pizza withing over 2 mins, then spent about 5-10mins cooking my wings to bring those out. The pizza was doughy and raw with the chicken topping missing on half the slices, andwe were not given crushed red pepper packets we ordered. One of my 10 "wings" was a wing tip, not a flat or drummette. Managerdenied the free pizza deal due to the wait, then demanded i come into the store in person and he'll make me a pizza. The tonewas the opposite of friendly and i was already driving home with my food. In the last place we lived, dominos was a regularFriday night takeout stop for us, i don't think that will be the case here with the quality and hostile tone from the manager. Read more
