Dinner never showed up, although app said it was delivered. &Ring camera proves no delivery in the neighborhood during the... timeframe. Store wouldn't answer phone. Husband finally went to store, and they were not very concerned to investigate; actedlike it was an imposition and they doubted us. We've been ordering successfully for many years -- wonder if the app changed ourprimary location? They re-made our meal, but it was a less-than pleasant customer service experience. Won't order thru appfrom this location again. ...Gave two stars because the re-made meal was very well done; very tasty. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered at 9 pm. Had not received pizza by 9:45 so I called to check the status. Was told it... would be there in another 45 minutes because of only 1 delivery driver. After another hour passesd our order was canceledwithout any reason. Attempted to call the store and was hung up on at least 5 times. Pathetic service without reason and willnever be ordering from here again. Read more
We used to order from this location quite regularly - at least 2 times a month. The pizza was great for the longest time. It... arrived quickly, it was hot, and it had plenty of toppings. About a year ago, something changed (management?). The pizza wasdelivered short on toppings and cheese and virtually never had the garlic butter crust sauce anymore. It was so bad that Ididn't even order when I had free pizza coupons. After a few deliveries producing the same disappointing results, we gave up andstarted ordering from Napoli's. While the pizza is quite a bit more expensive there, you at least get high quality pizzas withplenty of toppings and made exactly the way you order them. We have given this Domino's location a couple more chances and theyhave been just as disappointing so we have since given up entirely. It's unfortunate they put short term profits over keepingloyal customers happy. Read more
15 min late and my pizza is missing half the cheese. Moved rating to 1 star. 4 days with no response or attempt to make this... right. I did email the person who responded to my review and she stated someone would be in touch 4 days later still no responsefrom the store. They could careless. Won't be spending another dime here. We will find another pizza place not like there is alack of them around here. Read more
The only highlight from my order was the gentleman doing the delivery, I think his name was Cade, He was very friendly and... courteous and punctual, I should have tipped more. The cheese marinara dip was so disappointing, I don't even know how itpassed the so called quality check, lol ???? Must have been a Domino's joke. The garlic twists were good. The chicken Alfredowas so dry,not enough sauce which made everything just dry, Checked all the other pasta dishes, dry too. Called the store toeither get a refund or replacement for the dip they offered me credit points, I'm visiting so credit points don't work for me,then he told me to come get the replacement myself because they were extremely busy tonight because it's Sunday. I would not order from this dominos. I ordered a medium pizza and hot wings. First of all my pizza didn?t even come with the no... more than 3 pieces of the topping I asked for and the wings came with little to nothing sauce on them. I call up there to see ifcould get more sauce for my wings and the lady was so rude about it. Read more
I ordered a med two topping and specialty chicken, they charged my card, called said They were at a totally different building,... gave him the building and apartment number again, and he never showed up, and closed out my order, and said it wasdelivered!?? I got nothing except a $22.00 charge on my card and they will not answer the phone. I have called numeroustimes. Since they are close, I will make a personal visit in the next day or 2. They are not holding themselves accountablefor anything, and the fact they won't answer the phone even for their internal people, is crazy. You don't waste your precioustime. Read more
