Awe man?. Waiting and waiting for this place to open! Lots of friendly and eager staff greeting you as you enter, which is... fantastic. Kids ya know, but nice to see someone other that CFLA teach these kids about customer service. You can tell theyare learning, so cutting them slack. Menu is a tough read, lots going on, so do your homework prior. If you do, you willdefinitely know more about the menu than the cashiers! Burgers look amazing so do fries, onion rings and other items. Unfortunately my burger lacked flavor, the burger meat was gritty, the toppings screamed preservatives, the bun was dense, thecheese solidified to the bottom bun and the tomatoes were flavorless. But the part I can?t get over was the grease! Greasiestfast food meal ever, or a close second to Long John Silvers. I returned a second time to get a smaller burger and try theirwings. Wings were expensive and undercooked, the side of ranch was pathetic, they were out of Skinny Fries, Fat Fries were coldand burger was still flavorless. And I was fleeced for 27.00!!! That is 5, Five Dollar Biggie Bags at Wendys! This is placeyou try just because you heard about it. But just another one of those concepts overinflated by egos in California. There wasalso a lady their complaining about the chili cheese fries. And I agree with her. The shredded cheese was on top of the chiliand the cheese was not melted! The service was very good. people were friendly. The food on the other hand was terrible. The food was cold, fries were not even... completely cooked and that had to be the worst Bun for a hamburger I have ever had. It was so dense and ice cold. I was atoaster there but there was barley a toaster mark on the bun. I will stick with SKYROCKET burger form now on. its a shame welive so close to this place too. Read more
So excited that Fatburger is finally in Plano! My family and I dined here last week and it was nothing short of wonderful. The... staff was so friendly and the location was impeccably clean. The thousand island burger and boneless wings were so delicious. Ican?t wait to eat here again. Huge plus that they are open late night for stops after a night out! Read more
Delicious burgers and milkshakes! And the onion rings are just to die for!! My daughter cant say Vanilla yet, so she calls them... Gorilla Milkshakes and she raves about them. Good customer service too, super sweet and welcoming staff and seriously bestburger in DFW!! Read more
My PRAYERS have been answered by this opening close to my house!!! And this location is by far the BEST one in DFW! PLEASE go... there for the wonderful staff and of course the delicious burgers! You Can?t go wrong with this place. We?ve tried the other DFWlocations to see how close they got in taste to places like Vegas and LA, and they were ok. THIS one ranks supreme however andis by far the most similar and really brings us back! We ordered the Large and split it. The food was perfect, but what was evenbetter, especially in this post COVID world, was the CUSTOMER SERVICE. The cashier repeated our order and was perfect, and themanager took very good care of us throughout our meal. Came in for lunch and was surprised for the welcome greeting which is pretty cool. Staff here was very nice and attentive, they... went through the order with me. Plus this place is new, very clean, and organized. 6 different big screen TVs inside as well.Ordered an original burger and their boneless wings, both were very good and came out perfect. Would recommend to anyone wantinga good burger or wings. I didn't get the shake but I saw it and it looked very tempting ?next time. Will be coming back hereagain as it's also a local spot now. Starting off I was very excited about this location because the only one was about 37 minutes away so I rarely went. This one's... very close. I arrived and had the entire staff hyper focused on me, granted I was the first customer of the day, spoke with theowner/manager and placed my order afterwards.. the food was expectedly good as the other location. These burgers are definitelyFAT FOR SURE. Kinda pricey but that's to be expected also for a Premium experience. The fries crispy, drinks very tasty (homemade lemonade) the food was 8/10 the bacon was a bit fatty but not a big deal. Customer service 8/10 no have a nice dayafterwards. Upon entering the store I was greeted by the entire staff which was warming. I ordered an original FatBurger with skinny fries... and an oreo shake. The burger and fries were perfectly cooked and the shake was one of the best milkshakes I?ve ever had. Itwas even made with real ice cream.
