This place is a hidden gem. Food is very fresh and tasty, but it?s on the balanced side. They have both a seasonal menu and a... traditional menu. They have plenty of space for both small parties or larger ones (+10), have high and low tables, and booth.Outdoors seating may be limited and it?s just not covered by umbrellas so I will definitely stick to the inside since it?s veryopen and comfortable. They tend to get busy during the peak hours, but service it?s A+ and fast. I think prices are also a plusgiven the quality of the food. Read more
I live around the corner and often have breakfast at First Watch. I love the healthy selection and the service is wonderful. ... Today, the service even exceeded my expectations. Adam was working solo (since it was early) and he had many tables in therestaurant, but it felt like a whole team of servers was working. He didn't miss a beat and was so helpful and kind whilewaiting on tables. He was outstanding! Read more
Excellent veggie burger here but weirdly - no pickles in the whole place! Juices were tasty: watermelon if you like sweet and... orange turmeric if you are sweet-averse. Potatoes look better than they tasted. They might use the same grill for bacon cuz thepotatoes tasted like that to me (we're vegetarian, so bacon flavor is not a plus). Salad was really good, tomato basil soup alsoreally good. Would come back for that yummy veggie burger again - best in Plano! Patio with umbrellas was nice! Read more
Great selection of fresh and healthy options. Gluten free bread came with no extra charge! Taking the little here was easy as... well. Staff was friendly. Only concern was that our potatoes with onions were way over cooked, onions pure black and crunchy.The person on the eggs were on point however, perfect over easy eggs. Bonus: actual maple syrup and good house made jam. Wouldvisit again, worth trying if you like the looks of the menu for sure. Read more
The 2 star is for the quality of the food. I give this place zero stars for customer experience. I placed an order online and... was advised it would be ready at 9:19. I showed up at 9:30 and proceeded to wait for 25 minutes while the poor guy working thecash register and the host looked around helplessly and then gave me someone else?s order. Both the host and the guy at theregister told me to talk to the manager rather than walk back to the kitchen to look for my food. The manager was pacing thefront of house on the phone and finally advised someone else had taken my order and that they were ?refiring? my order. Whilethe manager did give me a gift card for my troubles for next time, the better option would be to implement a check off on foodorders (include summary of the order on the receipt with name printed). While I waited I watched multiple Uber eats and doordash drivers come in and take the wrong food. Rather than have 3-4 people crowding the host stand, have an employee assist inmaking sure orders are given to the right people. This place has great food, but having this experience does not inspire me tomake a return trip. In the total of AN HOUR I spent standing waiting for my food, I saw a lot of chaos among the staff, lack ofinitiative and no quality assurance happening. Read more
If you?re in the mood for a health minded brunch, this place is a nice stop. My boyfriend and I went to first watch and were... seated right away. The food was overall good. I ordered the shrimp and grits with coffee and we split the millionaire bacon. Thebacon seemed like regular bacon with syrup drizzled on top but still tasted good. The shrimp and cheese grits did notdisappoint. The menu had a variety of healthy food and juice options to choose from. Overall, nothing too fancy here butdefinitely does hit the spot! Read more
I walked in and the first thing I noticed was there was going to be a little wait. No one was in the front to make sure... customers were acknowledged. However, the food was actually good. It wasn?t too tier but it was good. Not a lot to say aboutthis place other than the breakfast we ordered was good. I usually give a place 2-3 tries before saying anything definitive. Gotta say, this place delivers! The staff is friendly and... you can tell they work hard to serve their customers. The appearance of the establishment is cozy, and comfy places to sit is adefinitely a plus. The food... Man I didn't think I'd fall in love with breakfast types of dishes, but this spot has amazingfood. I haven't found anything I don't like, and this is from someone who's picky about certain things on my foods. I've eatenhere 4 times and every time I've been blown away by the quality and presentation of the food I ordered. Big fan of the omeletteshere. If you like breakfast but with a twist, I highly recommend this place. Oh and the coffee is good too. Read more
