Ordered a kids cheese nacho (about $7) and all my kid got was chips with shredded cheese on it... not melted just cold. Chips... are stale, like how are yall making "nachos" with no heat? My tacos are cold not even warm. Straight cold. Tried calling thestore multiple times but of course no one answered. The people working acted like they had some where better to be and did notgive good or friendly service. This is the second time this store has been rude, and messed my order up. Overall it was a very underwhelming experience. Girlfriend and I wanted some tacos, we went in, seems steady definitely not... busy. We order chicken nachos, brisket taco, and oreo churros to share. Over 30 minutes later we still don't have our food,while we noticed the 2 groups of people who ordered after us had their food. So at this point we question what's going on. I goback up to the counter to see what's going on. The guy who helped me the first time seems puzzled why I'm back at the counter; Itold him I don't our food and was wondering what's the hold up. He goes just walks away without telling me what's up (I can onlyassume he's going to the kitchen to tell them to expedite my order that they forgot). Eventually he comes back and starts takingother peoples order while I'm still at the counter and he hasn't told me if he's working on it or if there's a delay, or it'lljust be a couple more minutes.... essentially I'm just standing at the counter not knowing what's going on with our food foranother 5-10 minutes. Finally I'm handed our food and we don't make a big fuss, we're not complainers, but the food we weregiven was definitely just made. You could tell they were sitting for a hot minute because the nachos and taco was borderlinecool/cold. Long post, but I feel the food could be good, but the customer service needs a lot of work. I love this fuzzys. We almost exclusively eat here for lunch and do takeout. Highly recommend the fire roasted salsa. If you?re... a breakfast person, you can?t go wrong with the bacon egg cheese and potato tacos or burritos. The fajita tacos are alsodelicious. If you dine in, you will get a standard sports bar experience. Full bar at this location also. Read more

The food was pretty good and price was reasonable. What surprised me was getting charged for a water cup. I can't remember a... time when I was ever charged at any food establishments for asking to get a cup for tap water. I guess it would have been niceto be told ahead of time rather than wait until I looked at the receipt. Read more
