I m very disappointed with their service people who work their don’t know how to greet customer how to take order or phone... order there service is to slow we can totally understand Asian food kitchen takes time but the time management is horrible evenordering tea in the morning Estate 30 to 45 me to make the tea what kind of restaurant business they run the even don’t knowwhen you open the door if you selling tea and coffee it should be ready with the open door The ask us to wait for tea half an1/2 hour 20 minutes it’s like that joking around they have no value of customer time or service They need to step to otherrestaurant and see how this thing work. The place was good and the service was good as well. But the time they take to prepare and process the order is high. This is... on a regular weekday, so not sure how would it be on a weekend. The food was decent, nothing much to complain on that part. Read more
The pricing is totally different from what we paid and what we saw in the restaurant's TV menu. The price of a chicken fried... rice listed in their in restaurant menu is $10.49, but was charged $11.49 , we weren't told about the price increase (no notice,no intimation before placing the order as well). Not just that, but every item has a different price when you are charged. Andthey wanted us to wait 25 mins, when there are only few amount of people. Had Egg puff and veg panini sandwich, the place had good ambiance and it was slightly crowded. The egg puff was creamy and very... mildly spiced, veg panini was on point and was served with fries and a drink. I also had masala chai which was pungent withflavor and little bitter, will visit this place again to try their other options. Read more
Delicious cakes but don't even bother getting anything else from here. The paneer tikka Frankie is not a Frankie. It was wrapped... in one of those flour tortillas you get at Walmart. Tasted bad and had more cabbage and onions than paneer. The panini was morelike a sandwich tasted very mediocre. Don't call that Panini or Frankie please. Samosa chaat was just decent. Read more
Their cakes used to be the best in town. Called Friday night and saved a 2 lb pineapple cake for my son's birthday. I picked up... the cake at 11:30 am on Saturday. When we had the cake around 5, something was off. Definitely not what their cakes used to be.Sunday afternoon I was eating the leftover and I could taste some weird taste (like milk gone bad). Definitely not worth $34.There are better/cheaper cakes out there next time. Read more
