Mediocre pizza, bland overbaked, not a trace of sauce, cheese is dry and flat. Your only option is to shake as many spices as... you can to salvage the pizza. There is a definite change in quality. I will not be going back. Counter service was great. Read more

I ordered a pizza half Big Brother the other half Canadian Bacon, Pineapple, and extra cheese. The pizza arrived with Canadian... Bacon and Pineapple on both sides of the pizza. It looks like the mistake was caught because the toppings for the Big Brotherside were then thrown on top. Also, the extra cheese seemed to be something other than mozzarella??? The last time I ordered itwas similar to this as well but I thought it was just a fluke. I have been a long time customer but the quality obviously hasgone down from what I used to receive. i needed something really quick to bring to a friends so i stopped here and grabbed two large pizzas. i wasn?t expecting much... since i?m super picky about pizza (grew up in the north east) but was shocked, it was so good. great sauce, cheese and pepperoniwere on point. crust was thin and crispy and they even cut it up into fun sizes, which only made me eat more, lol. definitely mygo to now and it?s so close by. I had a bad experience at your Ifrattelli plano location. I have been a customer for 7 years and I am shocked of how I was... treated! I had ordered 3 large pizzas one of them with one topping the second one with two and the vegetarian ! Since they don?tdeliver to my address they offered me 20% discount! Well when I picked up the order, I noticed my bill was $55 so I asked therep James is that with discount he said yes. I felt I was scammed! I said no that?s the full price and he denied! I asked himspecifically how much was each pizza, his answer was vague and misleading! Then he continued to say if you don?t like it I cantake back your order, I said but I already paid!
