The gentleman who worked the window for the evening deduced themisunderstanding and insisted that I accept a new order. I walked in the store to buy 3 sandwiches, mini churros and Chocolate overload cake. The pack was handed over to me without the... mini churros and the chocolate overload cake. When I called back the person lifting the call Nate was very arrogant he wasasking me to come and pick those missing items. I said I am at 8 miles away and wanted them to refund my money, without properreply he said forget it and cut the call. WORST customer service and the food store was not clean wit the soft drinks fountainclogged with liquid and an employee using the straw with mouth to clean it. I called them multiple times but no one wasanswering me. This is WORST food place I have been to with equally non polite employees Any one going to this store please checkyour items before walking out and also check the cleanliness of the store before buying anything here. Me and my wife we came to this jack in the box like 3 week ago and we order from the drive thru at night we order the combo with... chicken strips and 3 pc egg rolls and 7 stuff jalapeno and 4 tacos we told the lady name Veronica to cook everything fresh wedidn't have any problem with waiting for our food we got our food and we went home after we arrived home we realized the forgotto put our chicken strips I call I spoke to some one and the said to come back I will get my chicken strips my wife back to thestore she have to wait over 20 min I line to get to window when she got the window lady on the window ask my wife for herreceipt the lady never give us a receipt the lady on the window start arguing and give her a bad attitude she ask for her name ashe give her a fake name and my ask for corporate phone number or store manager number or name a she refused to give that out wehave a very bad experience in this location I went back the next with all my food from the day before I ask for manager the Saidthe manager was off the can't help me ask for a refund for my money the person in charge roll her eyes a me n start to talking about me in Spanish i don't think is fear for this whole restaurant the there customer with services all This people should bethankful cus the have job thank to all there customer they all have pay check they should remember to thank to all thosecustomers the have job I think she should get retrain again staring with the supervisor and manager Read more

Don't go to this place after 5pm any day. They always get your order wrong. 3rd time is a charm. Ordered 2 ultimate bacon... cheeseburgers and neither one had bacon on it. Other time I wanted fries instead of a hash brown, still got the Hashbrown nofries. First time ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and they didn't add the extras I paid for. It's really annoying.
