Good food at a reasonable price, plus they have FREE Ice Cream (vanilla, chocolate and swirl).
Very good food, fast service. Clean store. The door closest to the order area did not oper properly and I watched people get... frustrated at not being able to get in or out of the restaurant, giving up and finally seeing that there are a set of doors atthe other end. There are also NO handicap parking spaces or easy way to step up the curb. Moo-ya next door has two handicapparking spaces at the end of the row along with a ramp. But nothing at the parking side for Jason's deli. I didn't check therestroom. Read more
The employees were quick and friendly, food was served quickly and the salad bar was clean and stocked. The only thing I found... odd was when I asked for cups to go along with the gallon of tea I purchased, they said it would cost extra. I didn't need ice,yet it changed nothing. The 4 lunch orders, a gallon of tea, 10% tip on a 50 dollar order and I can't have cups? Even Chick FilA gives free cups with gallons of their beverages. Lesson learned, but I can't take out my discontent with company policiesagainst the employees. Read more
I love coming to this Jason's Deli for lunch. The food is always hot and fresh and the salad bar is awesome. It's quite large... inside so finding a place to sit at lunch is never a problem. The complementary ice cream (with a purchase) is a big plus. Greatplace to eat! Read more
Ordered the salad bar. Thought it was unlimited. Salad ingredients were good. I was denied a second trip to the salad bar. When... did a salad bar become one-trip? I paid $10+ for one, basically, house salad. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning. Read more
To Deja and the Jason Deli location of Plano. Thank you for the Amazing service that was given to us on our first time visit to... this place. Deja was very professional and helpful when it came down to explaining the menu and options we had. It is very niceto see that good customer service is still out there. The Caprese sandwich here is my absolute favorite and a delicious option for vegetarians. Also their cheese pizza is delicious... in a good different way. Great location and great food. There?s a lot of place for inside dining. We love eating here. Read more
My go to sandwich at Jason?s is a muffletto this time hardly any meat on it very let down my mother who is a senior citizen,... asked for her senior discount and the cashier said of course, never applied it. I will still go back to Jasons deli, but notthis location. It seems to going down hill. They also added extra charge to my mother sandwich. Check your receipt. Just wantedto add an update. Got a response from the owner to contact him so I replied, and he did not reply back just showing extreme lackof service. The review went from a two star down to a one star. Read more
