Terrible sandwich, cold, no flavor, over priced. I should have went to subway.
Just picked up a $50 order my family placed online. We had to drive and couldn?t check the order until we got home but trusted... that making sandwiches shouldn?t be too hard. They made 2/3 of the order wrong, completely wrong meats on one and one sandwichwas just bacon and cheese?? It?s like they just guessed and threw stuff together at random. If you?re out of certain ingredientsmaybe call to let us know before proceeding with the order. Not worth the energy to get a refund but we?re never buying anythingfrom this location again. Read more
I ordered my sandwich at 10:45 AM to be delivered at 11:45 AM. I gave them plenty of time to make and deliver. Here it is 12:15... PM and still no delivery. thirty min. late. Will I get my delivery? When you call the store the phone rings and rings..... Noanswer. I even added a 20% tip, WILL NOT BE DOING THAT AGAIN! Read more

SUPER clean location and (as advertised) freaky fast sandwiches! I got the Turkey Tom and it was perfectly made. Will be back.
If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered a sandwich over a week ago that was delivered to the wrong address after calling... they stated they would not redeliver the sandwich since it was 8:30 pm so i asked for a refund which i have been waiting for forover a week. I?ve called the stores multiple times and was told the manager would call me back and they took my number i neverreceived a call back. I called and told a team member how unprofessional i think it has been on how they are handling thissituation and he hung up in my face. so here i am a week later no refund i had points for a coupon for a free sandwich on mynext visit and they voided that coupon as well. all around i have received no help from any mangers or anyone for that matter.the management and team at this location are horrible and simply do not care. do better. I love that Jimmy John's is around the corner from my office. It's so easy to order online, follow the track order and know... exactly when it's ready for picking up at the store. A 16 in long sandwich can be cut into two or three days' worth of lunch. Ialways ask for extra lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and other vegetables. It is always fresh and definitely fills you up for theprice. Read more
