Met a friend for dinner and was shocked at how dirty it was by the self serve station. The little garbage can was overflowing... and smelly and the carpet was very dirty as well. We stopped and got some pastries to take home and was shocked that the girlput down her phone and put them in a bag with her unwashed bare hands. I reached out with pictures on Facebook Messenger just tomake them aware and was told to submit my concerns on the La Madeleine cares website. I did and was told that someone wouldcontact me. I have tried several of the la Madeline locations in my area. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I like going there for... breakfast and, usually order my eggs scrambled. Worse experience ever. Customer service is HORRIBLE. my daughter and I had to stop at T-Mobile for a phone repair and decided to... try a coffee and have lunch here while waiting for our phone to be fixed. As we enter the restaurant no body said anything,notsure if it was because of our appearance or because we?re Hispanic,and I notice this because after a few seconds of being insidea couple of ladies came in and they said Bonjour to them so I started to feel uncomfortable I asked my daughter if she stillwanted to eat something she said ??????? So we order and as we Order the man at the register is being rude we tell him it?s ourfirst time there he said ?it?s ok ? We order and he tell us we have to pay at the end. Very nice restaurant. Live to spend Sunday morning with my friends and have a relaxing morning. I have been going to eat there... for more than 10 years now. I recommend the croque monsier. Their coffee is also very good. Their fruit salad is very healthyand always fresh. Read more
