Lima Taverna was a wonderful experience. The food was tasty, thoughtfully prepared, and artistically presented, and the service... was attentive and personable. We went for lunch so it wasn't crowded. The location, around the back of the shopping center,isn't visible from the main road, but your search will be rewarded. A great, family-owned spot, run by native Peruvians who takegreat pride in their food and its history. Will be back! Read more

A little pricey for Plano area food. Empanadas were great! Leche de Tigre is off menu :p. Pescado a lo macho was rich and... flavourful but may be too intense for some in one sitting. Great Peruvian Food. we order one Cevice de Pescado, one Parihuela, one Chaufa de Mariscos, and some more plates There was two... that was Too salty so they changed it and remove them from our bill. They have a great choice of wine and champagne or Peruvianwine Red or white. We made the reservation for our oldest Daughter 18th birthday Celebration so we bring our cake and they tokecare of it and even play an Peruivian or Hispanic Birthday Song for her.
