This rating is from a delivery perspective. I called the restaurant to make sure the order would be ready by the pick-up I was... given. An employee by the name of Diana answered and told me that the order had only just popped up on the delivery screen. Thiswas a complete lie since I would see it had been sent to their tablet 12 minutes before I even called. Then Diana actually said,"Is this really that important? I'm busy." Well yes it is. Firstly because the customer's (YOUR customer's) expected deliverytime is based on someone actually entering in and confirming the customer's order when it's sent to your tablet. Secondly, nowhaving to wait an extra 20 minutes instead of picking it up on time, I personally lose money because of the delay. Therestaurant itself looks nice inside and the food smells great and that's why I'm giving two stars, instead of one, due to thelack of this employee's professionalism. Often employees treat delivery drivers as a nuisance when we're just trying to do ourjob and they forget we're there for THEIR customers and not for ourselves. Read more

Great restaurant & service! While there, I felt a bit nauseous, & the waitress came to my rescue. She offered me tea & soda... water to soothe my stomach, & she checked on on me several times. If you go, definitely try the bean dip! I brought homebrisket nachos to have for dinner the following day, & the were delish! Great atmosphere & a great place to dine! Highlyrecommend! Read more
Lita's La Mexicana Great Mexican food made by authentic Mexican chefs with some items in the menu with an Indian twist. Gives a... new dimension to the flavor. Bar with some exotic drinks that can be made to order. Located in Legacy North Village in PlanoTexas near Dallas Texas. Home to several thousand professionals and one of the best neighborhoods to live in. Great food.Friendly and polite staff. Plenty of parking for vehicles of all sizes. Read more
This local Mexican place is delicious! We had the Carne asada (perfectly cooked and not chewy at all) and the Diablo shrimp... (very flavorful and spicy) both of which were great but the steak could have been seasoned a bit more. I also had a small bowlof the Sopa Verde (essentially a green chicken pozole) that was very tasty but slightly salty. I highly recommend La Dueñamargarita! Read more
The food was good and you can tell was made fresh. I appreciated the presentation as well. The kids quesadillas and French fries... were on point easy to pick up and tasty. My husband got the flautas which weren’t the best he’s had but still good. Mychicken was great but the sauce lacked a little flavor. The veggies were perfectly grilled.
