Service and food was disappointing. No associate present at drive through window when I pulled up. Waited almost 5 minutes for... someone to appear but she at least had my food. We had an amazing experience at the drive-thru the other night.We didn't catch her name but she had purple hair which was very... beautiful. She had such good energy and she served us with a smile. It's so hard to find a good employee these days. Keep up thegood customer services! Read more
At least the fish was good... Other than that, this store is in sad shape. Store # 70274. A Manager or Owner needs... to visit here and inspect the conditions... Customer service was terrible, as if I was a bother to her. Counter help (AlexiaC.) initially ignored me while I stood at the front register. After putting her phone away, she walked over and asked "Are youready"? The store and dining area was dirty. Dirty table tops, dirty floors, etc. I had to swipe away Flies as I ate. There's no background music playing, and when I first walked into the store it seemed like the place was closed. The Frenchfries tasted like leftovers, and the hush puppies tasted like grease balls. If I could get my closest store in Plano TX to be opened, it would be a 4, at least. I have been 7 out of the past 9 weeks from... 10:30 - 11:45 and were told EACH TIME that they were "short on people" or "the power was out" (like today...I saw two people anda bunch of lights on, so who really knows?). The McKinney TX store must be a franchise or one that uses a different batter asit doesn't even taste like LJS, but at least they open on time. Good luck should you choose to go to this one! Bad day to visit? Came in, they were out of cod, tartar sauce, and "anything grilled". Despite that, the 2 fish and shrimp combo... was available. Also ordered some coconut shrimp, which was better than I expected. Service was great, everyone was super kind,but man...do you see that cocktail sauce?! There's gotta be maybe a tablespoon of sauce, if that. I had to get a bigger one justto use it! Maybe I came home a bad day. Food was good, service was great, but supply was abysmal. Heard really good things aboutthis place, hopefully it's better next time. Read more
It was odd, there was a sign up saying they were closed Mondays, then before I could drive off someone took my order, told me... they were only taking cards not cash. Had a 5 minute wait for my food as they didn't have things ready. Part of my order wasvery hot and fresh the other half had been under a great lamp for a bit. Its alright I'd say. If you're hungry, you'll get full. But I realize why I don't order from this chain anymore, and that's for... the sheer fact that everything is deep fried. They do have some side items and a couple grilled things, but overall I feel superunhealthy after I eat here. I think it's more of a nostalgic thing that I'm trying to do to cope with my mom's recentpassing. They have a shortage on malt vinegar, so be prepared to only have a little. When I ran out, I stopped eating. So ahandful of fries were left. Not a big deal I guess, since it was 6.49 for the meal and all I had initially ordered were 3things, but they just gave me a basket. Nice to know they wanna save us money at least. I'm sure I'll come here again in another3 or 4 years. We shall see. Read more
I waited over 15 min to get my food. Although it was hot, it was greasy and they missed the extra crumbles I ordered. Then the... coleslaw cup was not even full as was the cocktail sauce. For the $12 I paid they could of at least given me full servings! Theyoung girl at the drive thru was pleasant but seemed lost at doing her job correctly, not sure if they were low on product but ihad to ask her for additional condiments because she only gave me 1 package each of what I asked for.I won't be going back tothat particular store again.
