Arrived at 10:56 on a Saturday and ordered a cheeseburger. Sorry we do not serve lunch until11. Said ok let me order and pay... and I will wait in a numbered spot. Waited AT THE SPEAKER for 20 minutes while being completely ignored. They forgot they had two lanes open, and only were taking... orders from the lane I wasn?t in. Even though I literally drove up behind somebody who just had their order taken. Absolutelyridiculous, how do you not have a system in place to switch back and forth between the TWO lanes you have open? Is it that hard?I watched as you took more than one order from the other lane skipping me. Not only that, they were only taking like one orderevery five minutes. I understand if they are busy, but that doesn?t excuse how much of my time you wasted by not payingattention to the drive through lane orders. I tried getting attention politely from the speaker several times, getting noresponse every time. Eventually just drove off because it was a complete waste of my time and I needed food. McDonald's, 400 Jupiter Rd , plano. Pathetic food, i have ordered mc chicken, fries and nuggets. All of them were so badly... served, i could literally smell the burnt oil or the oil smell was so strong that we couldn't eat a single piece of any food.The nuggets were not properly cooked. And over the top the service was so poor , a senior couple had to wait for more than 7minand it took 14min to serve my order. So I went there today and first they had us waiting for 5 minutes before anyone came on the mic. Then I ordered a double quarter... pounder meal with no cheese. I got my order and went home and when I got home there was cheese on my burger so I couldn?t eatit. I then called the number over and over on the website to demand my refund and it just rang and rang and rang with no onepicking it up. Very irresponsible of a company to do. Went twice after midnight. Both times my orders came out complete and in good time. I only felt compelled to leave a review... because of the excellent customer service from Akua. While taking our order, Akua had my husband and I rolling up to the pick upwindow feeling extra cheerful. Thank you! I will suggest at least hiring one more employee for late Friday/early Saturdaymorning. There were more cars in the drive thru, and the wait was longer (not even considering the car before me who had a hugeorder). Read more
Poor quality food and service. I've been to this location multiple times because of convenience of the location but I will not... be going back. My chicken sandwich was overdone AND cold. previous times I've had to return food for being burnt or stale. It'sjust not worth the hassle, if you are expecting a decent meal on the go. They have one positive, the lady that takes the ordersin the drive through, high energy, always accurate, she repeats the order and gives you the total. I wish I could clone her! Lol Read more
Worst service ever. The signs say If we don?t ask you about your McDonalds rewards, get a free pie on us. So when I asked about... a free apple pie an employee told me we don?t do that anymore and slammed the window on me. So I sat there until a manager cameto the window - he proceeded to tell me the same thing but when I questioned why the signs (all 4 of them) state that you get afree apple pie if they don?t ask - he said he didn?t know. I asked him if they had any apple pies and he said yes so I asked himto give me one. As he turned around he told all of the employees inside that I was ghetto. I have been going to this locationfor years, but will never go again- the level of disrespect has become unbelievable not to mention I was not requesting freefood merely to grant what the menu suggests.
