This the third time in a row I go here and they forget a item from my food order. I order nuggets 2 burgers and fries. Once... again they never fail. I have no nuggets. I'm good on this spot. We placed mobile order, drived through and mentioned order number. They let us drive to the window, then the guy at the pick up... widow told us to pull up at drive through reserved parking No 2, and said someone will bring our order to us. We waited for along time, and I went inside to check. Then I found no one’s working on our order at all!!! Read more
Very clean inside, the folks behind the counter were very helpful too. The play area was also very clean! One tip: bring your... sweater if you’re going to sit inside, the last few times we went to let our kids play, it was super cold inside. No worriesif you forgot your sweater though, the hot chocolates were super tasty and warmed us up! Read more
Drive thru lady is absolutely horrible, she's rude. She doesn't let you finish your order and won't tell you your amount. She... had me waiting until she got everyone thru drive and didn't acknowledge me. I've dealt with her everytime I've come to get myfood. I know McDonald's doesn't care but wow. Customer service is terrible in the evening times the young kids play around and just throw the food in the bag upside down they... do not greet customers just act like they don’t want to be there I will take my business down the street.. my food was throwntogether on 3 different occasions I don’t know what they are doing at this McDonald’s but it’s not working if there aremore then 1 or 2 people having complaints then why is it still happening we spend our hard earned money on food from this placeand kids are playing and being rude and the food is thrown together like trash not ok Read more
The quarter pounder was worse. Lathered in mayonnaise. Took one bite then threw it away. This spicy chicken sandwich will... likely end up in the same place. On top of this I get gouged $$ from this place on DoorDash. Just not a great McDonalds. Read more
Why are you so cheap with changing your oil? These fries are BROWN and NOT EDIBLE! They have the sour rancid taste. And on... top of that, they were stocking cups and I think that's how that bug ended up in the fries. Disgusting. Need some pest andquality confrol. Read more
