Going to In & Out from now on. I have visited this McDonald's a couple times and always find a mystery of where is the soda... fountain to get some water or a refill, why do I use the stupid ordering kiosk when people get their order and food before I'mdone messing with the ridiculous kiosk, then I stand there ready to order on my next visit and employees ignore my presence thenglare at me and treat me like an inconvenience when taking my order, very rude and unprofessional and they never make my food asrequested or entered into the kiosk, don't give me an option then charge me for it and not make it properly. I have even walkedto this location as I live close and it's closed before time posted on door. Very mysterious example of food service. Had a veryunpleasant experience everytime I visit. I figure a 20 minute drive to In & Out is well worth the exceptional customer serviceand quality food made to order at a reasonable price, plus I can get a refill and sit at a clean table. Our fries ???? were cold and the the lady refuse to give us ranch we order 3 large fries , 3 mac chickens and 1 chicken... Sandwich !! We didn?t complain by getting our fries cold but she did complain in giving us 3 ranch ? so sad ? Read more

Very poor service. Drive thru speakers do not work properly. You can hear the entire conversation from the other line through... your drive thru speaker. When I told the employee taking my order that I couldn't hear her because of the speakers overlappingeach other, she said 'ma'am just hurry up, your order was taken a long time ago'. Okay, but how can I know that when I heard hertake a whole other order? When I got to the window she had nothing to say. Only when I started to drive off did I hear theemployee laughing. I went through the drive thru this morning and asked for a large sugarfree vanilla iced coffee and sausage biscuit! It came... across the screen L Iced FrVn Coffee, I repeated sugarfree several times! They said ok, come to the first window! When theyhanded me my order it still said on the cup L Iced FrVn Coffee! I asked verbally, is this sugarfree, I am a diabetic! Theyassured me it was! My sugar is now over 200, I tried calling the manager, but the phone number goes to a fax machine! I was really looking forward to trying the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich but go figure anytime that I decide to stop at... They need to update hours of operation online, when I called I was told the dining room closes at 9, that time isn't listed... anywhere. From what I can see this store is poorly run from top to bottom, seems to be a bunch of young people playing store. Noone here cares. Any complaints? Good luck finding someone who cares. Read more
