I have ordered Sundae, and upon bringing me my order order, the worker said there was no ice-cream. Listen, I am from Ukraine... and going there from time to time for 20 years, I haven't been told even once that there was no ice-cream. I just don'tunderstand why the self-ordering machine allows to proceed with the order if the the restaurant is out of the product, and howthe heck it's possible not to have such a simple product as ice-cream? Hot, fresh, friendly service and food! I love coming here after work, they always serve my food fresh and with care ??
Poor service. Lady from cash register talking on her cell phone while people waiting on the line. This is noon time as customers... coming in for lunch. She's rude too. Also, customers are missing some of their orders. Read more
