I have ordered Sundae, and upon bringing me my order order, the worker said there was no ice-cream. Listen, I am from Ukraine... and going there from time to time for 20 years, I haven't been told even once that there was no ice-cream. I just don'tunderstand why the self-ordering machine allows to proceed with the order if the the restaurant is out of the product, and howthe heck it's possible not to have such a simple product as ice-cream? Are not the restaurants suppose to order in advance tomake sure that there is inventory? Read more
Hot, fresh, friendly service and food! I love coming here after work, they always serve my food fresh and with care ??
Poor service. Lady from cash register talking on her cell phone while people waiting on the line. This is noon time as customers... coming in for lunch. She's rude too. Also, customers are missing some of their orders. Read more
My McDouble was perfect. The fries were a little greasy but for the most part good. The employees were super sweet.
I usually don't do fast food, but we stopped in to get breakfast. This location is very clean and has a lot of modern updates.... The staff was professional and nice. The food is predictable, and as you can imagine my egg mcmuffin was just as expected. Read more
We eat here all the time, and bring our 3 year old to play in the play area. It has all the normal pluses and minuses of... McDonald's. The staff seem to be really great, though. The play place is nice and recently renovated and it's a greatfree(-ish) activity (considering we're inclined to buy a happy meal, anyway). Read more
When you place an order at this McDonald?s you ?MUST? check the bag of food when you get it because the people who work here can... not put everything you ordered in the bag. Then when you call to get a refund they can not refund your card you must go back tothe store for cash. No matter how far you are from it. They have no customer service at all. Never stop there for any food asyou will not receive it all. I would give no stars if I could. Read more
