Ordered food via Drive-Thru and right before handing it to me through the window the bag tore and the food fell on the ground... (all of this I watched happen before food made it out the window to me). They asked me to pull over and came out a few minuteslater with my order - imagine my disgust when I realized they served me the same food that had fallen on the floor and was nowroom-temp - just in a new non-torn bag. The dirt all over the food & packaging was a pretty clear giveaway on top of everysingle item's wrapper being more than half undone / unwrapped and the boxes clearly crushed. Surprised today. This location somehow had a nice cashier and servant today in the morning at 10:10 am. McDonald's locations... hire extremely rude workers all over DFW metroplex lately. I wish the owners did look at the cameras and see how their employeeshate to work for them. Read more
Place has no refill station, you have to ask the non-existent cashier for one. Expensive AF too, 89 cents for an extra cheese... slice and 49 cents for a water cup. The kiosk was working BUT you had to pay at the cashier since the card reader was notworking and it did not tell you until after your order was in. Did I mention the non-existent cashier that was not there totake your payment? Read more
Overall I've never had an issue with this place. But be careful if you order from Uber Eats or any other delivery services. I... ordered tonight and was missing a whole Happy Meal. I understand this isn't a big deal, and I was able to get a refund on theitem I was missing, but that does not change the fact that one person on my order didn't receive their order and we had tofigure out how to feed them after everybody else already got their food. Hopefully the staff takes this as constructivecriticism to double check their orders. I picked this location because they're normally good about delivering quality but thiswas a let down. Read more
I'm generally a very patient and reasonable person. This is a first for me. I've never experienced this ever before. I mean this... experience was bad enough that I won't be coming back. I asked for a refill as I was making my way out, and the lady looked likeshe was going to refill but then she threw it in the trash while I still had the lid and straw in my hand at the front counter.She gave me a sarcastic, angry smile? If that makes any sense. I don't know what I did to set her off. If you don't do refillsthen please communicate that. If you have personal issues, don't take it out on the customer. Read more

After a couple of times of receiving wrong order, I have finally decided to do a google review. Ordered breakfast sandwich and... after I checked the wrapper, it was a mcmuffin wrapper, not a sausage biscuit wrapper, the lady told me yes, it was a sausagebiscuit, when I arrived at the office, sure enough it was a mcmuffin. I called this location and there was no answer. I filledout a McDonalds survey to make sure that they were aware of the situation. Won't go back to this location. If I ever ask for anything extra or removed from a Burger, my order is wrong 50% of the time. The customer service is mediocre... at best. It is seldom that I hear any kind of smile in anyone's voice. Never any welcome or thank you. It is literally, "Whatcan I get you? Anything else?(50% chance of asking or giving me a total before I'mdone ordering), 2nd window." Don't know whensimple common manners went extinct there, but don't expect it. I pretty much avoid this place unless I'm truly rushed. Thisreally only deserves 2.5 stars just for speed and convenience. Better food and service for the same price is available 5 min upthe road.
