The night manager who runs the drive through is laughably hostile for no reason. I try to give her my code and she talks over... me, demanding my order. I pull up to the window and she accosts me for not having given my code even though it takes about 3extra seconds to pull it up on the system and hand me the order. Second time she?s been more than just rude - pretty much justcruel. I?ll be avoiding this place from now on just because of her. Read more
Rudeness of the night shift is just crazy. Idk if she is a manager or not but she definitely has some issues. Not customer... friendly at all. And I?m talking about not even having basic human decency. First 2/3 times I thought it just might be a bad dayfor them but now after i see these reviews and my recent experience i can tell whoever is behind the mic after 12 at night is avery rude person in general. Love McDonald?s it?s such a classic and the food is always good but this particular location on multiple occasions literally... just ?close? whenever they want anywhere from 20-30 min, specifically after 12am. I don?t know if there?s no managers and theseemployees just do whatever they want and take a break or if the manager at this time is allowing this but it?s extremelyfrustrating and I have never experienced this at any other fast food restaurant that is open late. If you go here late at night, they will 99% of the time not accept card or mobile payment, even though less and less people use... cash these days. And make sure to double check your order, they will often forget sauces. Most of the time the food is good butif you come late at night or are just unlucky you will likely get cool, crusty burgers with unmelted cheese and soft fries.Other than that, the prices are good, and the workers were never rude to me, at least not in the few months I've been visitingthere. There is a general notion that McD is bad, and with good reason. However, This McDonald's is one of the best places I've ever... been to. This place is beautifully maintained. The staff is cheerful and energetic . They make really good buttermilk crispytenders. The strawberry smoothie/shake is very good. The place is like the inside of a palace. Nice classy music . I told them I wanted fresh cookies right out the oven, not microwaved old cookies.. they understood what I said.. and still... microwaved me some old cookies.. never coming back the food is nasty anyway.. they can't even put no fresh cookies in the ovenfor the customer.. maybe if I asked in Spanish they would of done right by me.
