Just got back from this McDonald's. We ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets and 1lagre frozen dr. Pepper, large fries, large sprite... and 2 mcdoubles. The behavior of the employees in drive thru was very condescending. The guy spoke to my husband like he justdidn't want to be at work. Then we tried paying and my card was declined due to security reasons and the girl just treated melike I couldn't afford the food. We told her we would go back through the drive thru after calling bank. She said ok and when wecame back to pay our food everything was fine until we got home and saw that they gave us 10 chicken nuggets in a 20 piece boxand a medium frozen dr p instead of a large. I noticed that the drink size wasn't right but when I got home and saw how theyshoved my two burgers in the mcnuggets box and smashed 10 nuggets under it I was very upset. We are currently trying to call forabout 30 minutes now and the phone goes to an internet router or says they have not set up their phone mail box. Very poorattitudes typical of ppl working at McDonald's is all I can say. Read more
Better than average mcdonalds. Same food as ever but staff are good, never got wrong order in 30+ visits and always fast.
We've had a few issues with this location, but we try and give places the benefit of the doubt and try it a few more times. Big... mistake. Tonight 10/6 my husband went through the drive through. He checked the receipt after paying and noticed that the orderwas incorrect on the receipt, so he alerted the person at the food window. They told him to pull up. He pulls up, waits 15minutes and receives his food. But he is missing both drinks. So he parks, goes inside, shows them his receipt and asks for ourdrinks. He is handed two drinks, and he checks them. Incorrect drinks. He asks again, "Can I please get two Dr. Peppers, this isCoke." One manager grabs the drinks and goes to fix them. But the other manager grabs the drinks from them, and shoves them backinto my husbands hands and tell him, "You can go fix these up yourself." 3 mistakes in one visit, plus horrible customerservice. The lady that takes my order during breakfast at the back window is always super rude! Horrible way to start your morning... off?she?s the reason I will not return to this location during breakfast again! Otherwise love this location! Read more
I stopped right quick for a cold ???? soda as it was so hot ???? outside. The line was fast . It was a nice experience, cashier... was nice and the one giving the orders was very nice as well. I will definitely be back to this McDonald?s. I give it a ???? up Read more
Terrible customer service, Very rude and the food was COLD and the fries old and burn, Be careful when ordering, Don't try to... add items after you say it's everything, They will respond very "RUDE" if you try to add something. Read more
I don't leave reviews for fast food but I just had too for this McDonald's. First it was very clean. All the tables were wiped... clean. The high chairs were also clean. Normally they are all sticky and gross and you hate to put your kid in them, not thisseat! Then to top it all off the lady that took our order brought the food to our table. At 9:45pm, I attempted to puck up an order for door dash, the lobby was closed 20 min early so I walked up to the drive thru... window to ask for the order an older black woman dressed as a manager came to the window and rudely told me to go get in line.When I told her I would report her being rude to me she told me "thanks, and f* you too".
