We love Mexican Sugar. We were celebrating a family milestone and Mexican Sugar is perfect for celebrating. The restaurant was... loud and lively—in a word, fun. Our waitress was a delight. She kept the tortilla chip bowl full, and the smokey salsa is SOgood. We ordered beers, sangria, dinner tacos, Angus skirt steak, and hamburguesa. The tacos and steak were served withcilantro rice and black beans while the hamburguesa was served with fries topped with Mexican cheese. The decor of therestaurant is romantic and colorful. Highly recommend for happy hour. The bar looked fun. Read more

Went with my s/o. Great food and service. Art was our server, he gave great recommendations and was very knowledgeable of the... menu. The salad we chose as an appetizer was delicious, we absolutely loved the chicken tacos and I enjoyed my steak and eggsentree. Our drinks, which were recommended to us, were fantastic. Would def come back. Read more

WOW! Still in business no thanks to us. We have not been here since 2014 and came when our first choice was too crowded on... weekday night. We made the right switch. While this place was crowded (see photos) we didn't have to wait too long for a table.Drinks and chips were served right away. And so was the meal. Excellent table service. The staff front and back were moving andshaken it out to take care of customers. Take advantage of the parking garage next door. Also next time when it is so crowded Iwill wear ear plugs. Too many people talking makes it too loud for me. Read more

I want to start by saying the customer service at Mexican Sugar was amazing. From the time we entered until we left. Food... quality was good! I’ve had more flavorful dishes but not too bad. I went with a few friends that thoroughly enjoyed theirbrunch items. I tried their steak and eggs and the steak was cooked perfectly. My dish was mediocre, nothing to rave about butstill delicious and i was not a fan of the brunch quesadillas. Too much egg. I also got a margarita flight. The margarita wereflavorful. Tasted very much like what i expected. Although one was not my favorite it was still on par for flavor. I wouldrecommend this place to others. Customer service here really made it an enjoyable brunch experience and would try again. Read more

Brunch was great. We got there at 10:30. Very few people were in so early. The waiter made suggestions and we went with it. I... did not order Mexican food specifically, but the brunch was good. The bacon tasted like grilled brisket. It was good. By thetime we left, the party was getting started. Read more

My favorite brunch spot currently, I love the French Toast and the margaritas are nice and strong. The flavors are definitely... Latin, the food reminds me of my trips to Mexico. A little pricey but absolutely worth it! Don't miss out. Read more

This restaurant is located in a nice area not too far from legacy west! The ambience is wonderful and there are plenty of... tables/seats available. We got full of the chips and salsa honestly, so make sure to save room for the entrees! The food isdelicious and very well-flavored. I got the shrimp salad and my friend got tacos and both were amazing. Highly recommend thisplace! Read more

We stopped by on a Saturday around 3PM. Plenty of space at the bar so we sat there. The arepas appetizer was AMAZING. We inhaled... them. I ordered the chilaquiles with cilantro potato hash and it was really good. The mimosa and margarita flights were uniqueand delicious. The service was great and the bathrooms clean and pretty. We’ll definitely be back! Read more
