The family and I stopped in for lunch and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our server, Michael, seemed to be the... happiest person on earth. He was polite, prompt, and very helpful. He even laughed at my 6 year olds jokes. Michael was veryknowledgeable with the menu as well. I asked him for a recommendation and he suggested the shrimp tacos! Great place to get Tex Mex! The food is amazing and has never been bad. I personally recommend the chicken fajitas sunset style... (served with queso and fried onion strings) as it's my favorite entree on the menu. The chips are amazing! Nice and crunchy. Myonly complaint was the service, I waited for 10 minutes after I was seated to have a server get my drink order and then thedrinks didn't arrive until after the appetizers did. Hopefully as the restaurant industry continues to rebound from covid thatwill be fixed. Read more
This is one of my go-to restaurants when I have a business lunch in Plano. Food is excellent. Service is very fast and... unobtrusive. They do an excellent job. I try to order a variety of different dishes when I go someplace multiple times but Ithink I've had the brisket tacos three or four times here. They are excellent. Read more
Very nice Mexican restaurant at the center of Frisco at the Shops of Legacy. A few good vegan/vegetarian options - not many but... just enough to cover that population. Loved the vegetarian Fajitas - well done, tasty sauce and big enough to share betweentwo. Their tortillas are tasty but very small, do you may end up asking for more. Chips and salsa are good - don't forget totry their spicy salsa which has a real bite. Very well decorated with good ambience and friendly and courteous staff. Howeverthe restaurant felt very noisy - the ecostics are pretty badly setup that didn't get well with sound system and the chatter allaround. They should do something about it. If you love deserts, you should try Chocolate Tres Leches - which truly ???? awesomeand ???? yummy. Read more

Mexican fine dining experience. Loved the vegetarian options. Not a big fan of mushroom but 'pasilla poblano con hongos' changed... my mind. Cocktail options are very distinct and worth trying. Service is very good and fast. it's a little costly restaurant butthe price is justified. Will definitely visit it again and probably on a date with my wife ;) Read more
The ambience inside was very cute. Drinks were good. Food 50/50. I ordered the sunset enchiladas and my DD #11 taco diner which... both tasted like taco bell. On the other hand I tried a bite of the ribeye fajitas and Cocina changa that Hubby and Son orderedand were surprisingly delicious. I was confused at first since they kept oohing and ahhing meanwhile us ladies at the table weredisappointed. ???? I will try a different location next time as our waitress was less than friendly. She did have a traineefollowing her so maybe that's why she was off. My hubby asked her what they had for bdays for me and she said, um we don'treally do anything, u can get flan or poss cake. She seemed upset that we even ask. I advised her I wld like the cake andassumed they didn't celebrate at this restaurant as she didn't say oh happy bday or anythg. 20 mins later a huge wait staffwent over to a table with a celebratory song, dance and dessert. So Iam thinking ok, maybe we are good afterall. Another 30minsgo by and another celebratory song upstairs and they had guests all around join in. We were well past done with our meal at thispoint and expecting a fun song but instead she brought the check. Lmbo. Luckily we also celebrated a cpl of days prior at Brasaoacross the street with much better treatment! As I sat at the table staring out the window all I cld wish 4 is that we were overthere instead. A place that knows how to make u feel welcomed, not Mi Cocina Legacy which needs a lesson that money is green nomatter who gives it to you. SADLY will never return to this location. Read more
Mi Cocina Plano is amazing!! We had our daughter’s sweet 16 dinner party in their upper room area and it was fantastic! The... manager Cynthia made sure we were well taken care of and provided us with exceptional service. Everyone had a blast! The brisketquesadilla and the brisket tacos (with guacamole) are phenomenal and a must have. You won’t be sorry! This is a greatrestaurant in a great location with great food! Enjoy!! Read more
