Very disappointed with customer service - long time customer, continued to come after moving farther away, stuck by when prices... increased while portions became much smaller, but today was the last straw when we got home after driving 30 min to pick up ourorder and then discovered a wrong item packed in. When we called and requested a refund - we're told we need to get back on theroad and get the wrong item back to the restaurant? Thrown away and forgotten - plenty of great Indian food in Frisco and Allen. Read more

Great value - probably the biggest bang for the buck in Indian fare around. Tandoori chicken is always perfect, never dry and... overdone, yet toasty. (That's hard to do.) Saag Paneer is way above average. They also change up the offerings periodically withchicken breast kabobs, or wings. Staff is attentive and friendly. We've enjoyed lunch here for over nearly two decades. Read more

I had the lunch buffet and it was not fresh at all. The chicken was leftover from the previous day and tasted old. The taste was... bland. It was gloomy and old. I miss the old Indian buffets. Even walking in it did not smell like an Indian restaurant. If youknow authentic Indian food this is not the place for you. Read more

The grilled chicken here is so good that I’m quite sure it’s made from unicorns and basted with crack. Great buffet that... never disappoints. Do yourself a favor, and check this place out. Read more

Staff is nice and so is the place. Two stars for that. Probably the lowest price buffet I could find. Options were limited and... it was a bummer as I was expecting more options in near by places. The main thing that was missing in the food was flavor.Everything was just cooked and that’s all. Naan was definitely frozen which was toaster in conventional oven. Desserts were adisappointment. Only thing I liked was seekh kabob. Probably that too was frozen. Chicken tikka was wrong. I haven’t seenany place yet who has done it right, so no pointers on this one. One thing that can be done better here since most of thepeople I saw were not Indians.. can you guys put some description for the dishes so that people know what that is. Indians knowbut poor Americans and other folks are just confused. Anyways, won’t be back anytime soon. Read more

The best, period. Regionally famous for it's amazing food, Mumtaz fires on all cylinders, from open to close, any day of the... week. Pros: Great service Great food (best saag paneer in the business, period) Great ambience (good music and all that, though I miss the old TV shows that used to play. How about another TV with Star Trek: TOS?) Cons: None Read more

Fast buffet, attentive service. I went for lunch with a friend and enjoy this small Buffet. I don't know that much about Indian... food but everything I had was delicious and the area was all clean and well-kept. I will definitely go back again to see what'son the buffet. Read more
