Ordered an açaí bowl and asked to substitute banana for coconut flakes. The girl taking my order said it'll be extra but I can... have extra blueberries and strawberries on my bowl instead for no extra charge. I said okay perfect. She was also kind of rude,repeatedly cutting me off while I was trying to order. I received my bowl and it's halfway full? It looked like someone ate halfand sprinkled granola and a few pieces of fruit on top. They removed the banana like I asked but there were no extrastrawberries or blueberries. It was the most pathetic bowl I've ever seen. Also, I think I received a dragon fruit bowl becauseit did not taste like açaí AT ALL. I'm very upset I paid $10 for this. Won't ever be going back. Absolute disaster everytime. Two bowls that cost $14 each, both were less than half full of anything. Came in at 7.48pm girl... working yelled out to me - "we are about to close," I said "so your not able to take my order?" She responded "Fine I'll do it."Anyhow she then went to the back for a while vanished...then decided to work on my order...handed me half empty bowls with nopresentation what so ever..Will never come back...clean juice has better service...what a disaster. I get smoothies from Nekter 2-3 times a week and the customer service here is so disappointing. I was the only one at the store... when k ordered and after I checked after 15 min they told me they are just getting to my order.. I ordered at 10:45 and didn?tget my order until 11:0the staff there really can care less about customer service. And to top it off I got the wrong order. Read more
SO disappointed in this Nekter location. I have been frequenting this location for a long time- often going two to three times a... week. Yesterday I had a horrible experience with the two young girls working. I was rudely referred to as "bro" when I asked tohave my strawberries blended rather than placed on top of my smoothie.... I didn't think that would be an issue. As someone whoalso works in the service industry I was left in disbelief as to how I was treated yesterday. Unfortunately I will not be goingback. I hope this staff gets some proper training on how to interact with costumers. It used to not be like this! Also I want tostate that I have NEVER left a negative review for an establishment before. I love this place! Great fresh juice drink menu. Bottled juice to take with you for work and the convenience of ordering from... their app. I downloaded the app and received a free boost just for downloading. Making this my new ?go to??place for a quickenergy boost or toxin flush. They also have açaí bowls, smoothies, fusion blends, energizing elixirs and vegan ice cream!!!!Love love love this place. Juice is good, store is clean. Leaving a 5-star review out of appreciation for the employees here who made me a fresh smoothie... after I felt like the pineapple matcha smoothie I initially ordered was making me feel too caffeinated after a few sips.
