Pretty average Panda Express. Sometimes the food is great and sometimes it isn't. I do know that they can make a fuss if you... order "to-go" and then dine in. Manager was a joke! She should get a different job if she does not know customer service. Why would people pay this manager when... she cant be decent the least? QUIT! This location has nasty food and dirty tables. Im amazed how they are passing the cityhealth with the things they do. Delicious food. Chow mein with fried rice, orange chicken, Beijing beef, grilled teriyaki chicken. Chicken egg rolls and cheese... Rangoon also tastes good. Reasonable price and good portion. Wheel chair access entrance, dine in and take away. Read more
I drove with my wife to get family meal. Ordered from Brian on drive through chow mein and fried rice and two orange chicken and... one Beijing beef and additional large chow mein. We have been ordering this for years. Pull up to pay and pick up and I noticedon receipt there was no additional charge for chow mein so I asked lady (in picture on left side) why there is no charge forchow mein and she said it's there in the bag it's included with family meal same price on family meal for extra chow mein. Gothome and opened boxes and noticed it is only 5 boxes and one orange chicken is missing so I called the panda number on receiptand told them that I was just there and one orange chicken is missing from my family meal and explained over the phone that Iordered family meal and additional chow mein. He told me he will prepare one more order of it and to come over. As I arrived tothe restaurant lady that gave me the bag first time started telling that she personally packed the food and my whole order wasthere all 5 boxes. Then started telling me bring all 5 boxes back. I said I ordered 2 or. ch. 1 bei. beef 2 chow mein and friedrice and I came back after calling the restaurant that I am missing orange chicken. Then she left and talked to manager (in midpicture).manager started saying same thing ( I don't know what she was told) bring all 5 boxes back here . I told that is notwhat I was told over the phone and I didn't bring them if she wants me to do that than I want whole refund and I will never comeback here. Then she changed her attitude and said I can give you box of orange chicken for full price of chow mein and I toldher that is fine because that is what I wanted I first place and I paid $5.8+ and left. Really disappointed on miscommunicationand misunderstanding and lack of customer service training in this place. Ordered on the app. Got the plate which would be mushroom chicken and Kung Pau chicken. the vegetables got the combination fried... rice and super greens. First of vegetables: the mixed combination Supergreens we?re sparse and not nearly as tasty as usual.The kale was almost nonexistent. Just several large pieces of broccoli. The rice was a bit stale/old tasting and did not havemuch flavor. I usually like to rice so that was disappointing. The serving size for the entrées was definitely a lot less thanusual. To their credit the food was hot and tasted fresh. I just don?t feel like I got my moneys worth compared to when Iusually go to panda express. This particular location has been problematic. Fast Chinese food! You go through the line and tell them what sides you want(fried rice, steamed rice, vegetables, or chow mein... noodles) and then you get to choose your protein. Current options include things like teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, walnutfried shrimp, and broccoli beef. Pretty affordable prices and you even get your fortune told by way of fortune cookie???? All managers here are stuP1d. This panda is a hostage situation. Everyone has no hairnets and working with airpods on. I tried... to talk to 2 lady managers and 1 guy manager and they are all useless. Its a shame how they are trusted with a business theycant handle. All 3 are incompetent, i called corporate. Read more
