Came in, had not been to a Panera since I was in Austin Texas. The place is super clean. Floor,tables counters and drink... stations. Cleanliness is important to me if you've seen my other reviews. The food was soo good. The Mac and cheese washeavenly. One employee stood out immediately for her kindness and work ethic. Her name tag was Dee Dee and she was swiftlycleaning and making coffees and putting out product. It made me happy just watching. Nice place. I will definitely be back. Read more

Multiple time where I ordered something and it was not in my bag and had a recent experience of a a few caterpillars in my... salad. It?s not a clean location and definitely need to be inspected? hair in my soups previously and then they don?t like toanswer the phone. Read more
*DO NOT HAVE THEM DELIVER YOUR FOOD* Honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Was getting my hair done... NEXT DOOR to Panera, ordered delivery. Said it would be delivered in 40 mins. After an hour and ten mins, someone from the hairsalon offered to go check on my food for me (excellent customer service - Panera should take note) - she came back saying Panerasaid to ?just keep waiting?. After my hair was done, an HOUR and 30 MINS after I ordered my food, I went to Panera. Manager KengTold me I would have to get in touch with Door Dash myself to figure out where my food is. Are you kidding me?! This is for aless than $20 order.. why would you not simply apologize and offer to make me a new order. He finally said he would cancel myorder on his end and place a new order for me in store. Did not apologize, did not offer a discount or any kind of recompense tomake things right. I then waited another 20 minutes for them to make my food.. and the ?creamy? chicken and wild rice soupbasically looks like someone peed in a cup and gave it to me. 2 hours after I placed my original order. Awesome as usual! We had lunch here. Ordered Mediterranean veggie sandwich, Napa almond chicken sandwich with 10 vegetable soup.... All the food items were great. We sat outside the cafe. Read more
This location was convenient, with plenty of parking and good seating inside and a few tables outside. We also liked the two... ordering kiosks - they were easy to use and the pictures helpful, though there was slight confusion about how the food wouldcome out as there was no buzzer. The food was also delicious though one came out initially without the side and the sandwicheswere switched for two of ours. They were easily rectified though. Read more
Very delicious food. I always get their creamy tomato soup and its always the best choice. Tried Panera bread mac and cheese and... its the best. It came very hot so be careful taking first bite. Read more
