The worst ever pizza I have ever tasted from Papa Jones. I ordered 2 pizzas yesterday. There was barely any mushrooms on the... pizza just cheese. The mushrooms they put are of microscopic size. Looks like they are trying all their best to save cost inpandemic times and cheating customers. Never ever buy any Pizza from this shop. Also the Pizza was burnt and hard. We have ordered Papa John's pizza for years (a favorite of our kids), with few issues. We moved locally last year, and our new... home is apparently about a block outside of the Parker and Midway location's delivery area (our previous delivery store). Weupdated our address after moving but the app still sends our orders to the old store (we can't control this). Three separatetimes now our orders have been made, driven out and then returned to the store, WITHOUT A CALL TO US. It's only after the appsuddenly tells us there's a "delay" and we look up the order that we realize what the app did and call. We are then told by avery unprofessional "manager" that the order was brought back to the store. The manager doesn't offer any explanation, nor anysolution, and can't explain why nobody called us at any point during the order and delivery process. Other store managers haveexplained that we should have received a call as soon as the order was placed, explaining that the app/system sent it to thewrong address and offering to transfer to the correct store. Embarrassing lack of professionalism or customer service. Sincethe app is apparently defective, we have deleted it and will call-in to the correct location next time. Read more
We ordered a half pepperoni half sausage pizza for delivery on 11/02/2021. We don't live very far from this location. It said it... would take 32 mins but ended up taking 1.5 hours! We called multiple times in between and got no clear answer on our order andgot hung up on twice! We also were missing our two extra garlics that we paid for! It was delivered by a doordash driver eventhough we ordered directly through Papa John's and he didn't check. Lastly, our pizza was cold and cut up terribly!!! I justdon't understand how someone can care so little about other people's money to do this......Heavily disappointing. Read more
Received one of the saddest looking pizzas I've ever ordered from here September 2, after I had to wait 80 min to get the thing.... Plus had to use my own pizza cutter to cut fully into the pizza, perhaps due to a dull blade they used? Oh and if you want forthem to make it right, gotta call within 30 min of order and not have eaten more than two slices... Ok sure, I'll just waitanother 80 min for a pizza. Really disappointed. The same great piping hot freshness without the toppings. I am sorry but regular toppings means we should at least be able to... SEE the toppings and tell what type of pizza we ordered. I didn't appreciate the lack of toppings for the price, when Dominosoffers more toppings for less. This is unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend this location. See if you can play a rousing gameof Where's the toppings and What's that pizza with the photos provided. Read more
