I enjoyed a nice lunch at this location today. The food was good but the workers were the most enjoyable. It has been hard to... find places to eat where the workers seem happy but all of the workers were friendly at this location. There was a chef thatreally stood out, I think his name was Sylvester. It was around 1pm. He came out to my table and helped me clear it and he hadthe most friendly and personable demeanor. Chatting with him was a really nice touch. Very tasty. The crispy calamari is wonderful. We add it to anything we get. This location I made a comment to the supervisor... about everything tasting great and he asked if it was our first visit and we chatted a bit. He was very nice. Most of theworkers were smiling and nice/helpful. No one looked grumpy. The line moved very fast. The place was clean and nice. I absolutely love this location. My sister and I come here a lot for a quick bite between jobs, and the food is so good I have... been coming here for dinner. The staff is awesome, Heather always remembers me and it is so great to see that quality ofcustomer service in a ?fast food? establishment. There wasn't a wait and the location was not crowded. I ate at the location. The environment was clean and the customer service... was friendly and helpful. The prices for the food is reasonable. I ordered the Carbonara pasta, regular. It was very good andfilling. I didn't finish all of my order and took it to go. I'll be visiting Piada again. Read more

This was my first time visiting Piada and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I got a bunch of sides because I wanted to try... a bunch of items. The lobster bisque soup tasted like tomato soup with a hint of lobster. There weren't any big pieces oflobster and it lacked seasoning or any unique flavor that normally comes with that type of soup. The 3 meatballs had good flavorbut where was the sauce?! I've never had them without sauce. The mac and cheese was delicious but the amount wasn't worth theprice. The street corn was probably my favorite out of the 4 items I ordered. It was so flavorful and had a great crunch to it.Overall, I probably wouldn't return because I wasn't that impressed with the cost, portion, and flavor of the items. Read more
