Sourdough crust has good flavor but seriously poor pizza. No sauce. The cheese is burnt, scant, unrecognizable. Notice the tiny... lattice holes and pools of grease. Also, the "bun" for the burger, nice sourdough flavor but its not a burger bun. Just a loafof bread stuffed with an underseasoned patty. What a waste of a nice sourdough starter. Read more

Didn't really think I was going to like their pizza, but their crust was outstanding! - The reason I didn't think I was going to... like their pizza was due to limited traditional pizza toppings. - I would recommend this place for a non-traditional pie pizzaexperience! Read more

Best pizza spot in DFW! The dough in the pizza is just amazing! The carbonara and parpadelle-bolo is amazing! The service is... always great and the drinks are good! Highly recommend this spot for a good pizza and pasta. The best tasting pie is theprosciutto! Must have pie in this spot! Read more

Ordered from here for the very first time must say I wasn’t impressed. Food was delivered in a cardboard box that was soaked... through as well as the bag. I called the store to address my concerns with manager and all she said was I apologize no bread isincluded and we never gotten complaints on the delivery boxes. Nothing was done as a courtesy not that I was looking foranything but a simple gesture would’ve mattered. The food was subpar because it tasted like cardboard. Nonetheless I will notgo back and will not recommend this place. They need to step it up and do better. Read more

Really good pizzas, the dough is light enough that you don't feel bloated after a pizza dinner. Excellent varieties and the... drinks were also good. One place to return again soon. Read more

This place is a whole vibe all by itself. From the time I walked in, to the time I walked out, my experience was nothing less... than AMAZING!! The ambience, staff, music, seating, just everything felt so right. We went during the time they were servingBrunch. Those Meatballs in the Red Sauce though, were something to write home about . My goodness, they were soft, moist, juicy, seasoned just right, and the sweet tangy, saltiness from the sauce took them to a whole new level. They need to bottlethat sauce and sell, because I would buy it. Now let's talk about that glorious, crispy, charred, delicious thin crust pizza. It was divine. The thinness was something unexpected and a wonderful delight. The cinnamon rolls were served fresh and hot, and they amazing as well. I will be back, that I promise. Next time for dinner so I can try the Chicken Parm. Thank you forphenomenal service with ambience, atmosphere and staff to match. Read more

Good place to grab a pizza and a glass of wine. Service was pretty good. We ordered our wine 5 minutes before happy hour, which... starts at 4:00, and we asked if we could get happy hour price....NO was the answer. It’s pricey there so go for the lunchspecials. Not sure we’ll go back for our Friday happy hours. Read more

This is our new favorite in the Dallas area! The food was absolutely amazing. We had the fondue appetizer and pepperoni pizza.... The sea-salt rosemary bread puffs were the perfect vehicle for the fantastic pecan pepper jam and goat cheese fondue. The pizzahad the perfect level of crisp and the pepperoni was the highest quality I've had in a long time. I still cannot get over themarinara sauce as a dip for the crust, while my husband was particularly impressed with the house made ranch. We both loved thegoat cheese fondue for dipping the crust as well. In addition to the utterly amazing food experience, the service was topnotch! Our server Brandon took great care of us, and even with a mixup in the kitchen, staff made sure we were well lookedafter. We are putting Pie Tap on our regular rotation for date night and bringing out of town guests. P.S. Try the lemonade, you won't be disappointed! Read more
