C Y A.?s Reviews ? Pizza Hut Pizza, Chicken Wings, Fast Food 10/20/2022 ? Rarely eat pizza but the commercial showing... Detroit Style Pizza made my mouth water. So we ordered it from this location online and had the best experience when we wentinside to pick up our order. Our server/Pizza maker, KAREN, not only had the Pizza ready at scheduled pickup time, Karen was themost pleasant professional server I've ever met at a takeout pizza spot. He (Karen) opened up my pizza box  before we cashedout to show the Pizza which was cooked perfectly. Got home and our Pizza was awesome. Made 2nd visit to this location 2 weekslater and again greeted by Karen at this Plano location and got the same great service. You're awesome Karen ... Pizza Hut giveKaren a raise!!! Read more

Very disappointed in this location! We actually have two closer to our house so I?m not sure why this is the one that comes up... for delivery. Order #1- About a month ago, I ordered one pizza for my husband! It literally took an hour from when it said itwas being delivered to arrive. We should not have to heat up our pizza! Order #2- We had some family over one weekend so weordered a few pizzas. One came half cheese, half pepperoni(which we never do) and we were missing one supreme pizza. Luckily Iwas able to reach the store, which is normally impossible. Order #3- This will be our last time to Order! Delivery was 40 minslate and it was delivered by Door Dash. When did this start? They didn?t disclose this on their site like other restaurants.Delivery services always take longer because they deliver multiple orders at the same time. Plus, I tried to call the store twotimes for a refund and was on hold for 15 mins each time. No one answered and customer service is no help! Again, pizza had tobe heated up! Read more

I can?t drive right now and I ordered from this location because it?s the only delivery location for Castle Hills, my pizza is... gooey I checked the location I knew not to ever order from here again so this was definitely a mistake. I am not sure who is theowner of this franchise but you need to do better or Pizza Hut needs to shut your location down and let someone else take overto do this the RIGHT WAY. Not to mention I waited two hours only to get some goey pizza. I know what Pizza Hut is suppose totaste like and your store is definitely ruining the brand. Read more

Just ordered my typical meat lovers stuff crust pizza that I?ve order for the last 10 years with no issue. Tonight my order was... wrong and I was given a cheese only stuff crust pizza. I?ve never made a mistake to order cheese only. The guy who picks up thephone is arguing with me telling me that I got my correct order when I?m fact I did not. I told him I wanted to resolve this atthe lowest level and get the correct pizza, that he could come get this Cheese pizza. I told him I rather not have to go throughmy bank to get this resolved and he responds ?he will will make sure I don?t get my money back just for mentioning that? wil notorder from this location ever again.. and I promise ima get my money back fym. Wouldn't recommend the location due to not good customer service. Pizza was not made as per request and when talked to the... person at store. He was rude...no apology, nothing about the mess up. Remade pizza with puddle of sauce in middle and none onthe edges for up to 1.5 inches. Also, jalapeno toppings were requested on half of the pizza, since kids were going to sharethis. But both times the toppings were put on all the slices and made it tough for kids to eat. Such haste in remaking and coldbehavior was not something we expected at Pizza Hut where its a laid out process of making food. Seems like the restaurantindustry issues have also been affecting Pizza Hut. That is, increase in prices and lower service quality. Everyone expects tobe paid, but delivery of product- I am not so sure. Read more

Ordered a pizza at 4:25 pm. I certainly wasn't expecting miracles with the horrid weather outside, but after an hour went by... with no sign of the pizza and no updates given, I decided to call the store to check the status of my order. Simple--or so Ithought. It has been two hours now; of the ten calls I've made, 5 of them have been directly hung-up on after I indicated I wascalling about an existing order. For the other half I was smart enough to press 1 and beg someone on the order-taking side tocheck the status of my order, since side B doesn't seem to want to do any work today. (Which, by the way, how does that workexactly? How can they be ready to take your money but not ready to give updates once they've got it?) Guess what the resultsare? STILL NOTHING. I have no idea where my pizza is. I have no idea if it's been delivered. I have NO INFORMATION, and becauseof Pizza Hut's antiquated "nearest store only" system I can't even set up a different preferred delivery location! But oh, TRUSTME, I will not order from them again. I'd rather slip and slide around outside on the ice than go through this garbage again. Read more

There can be an excuse for a mistake(finger print on pizza) during delivery, but never for the first answer from owner as "what... do you want?". If you got a same situation, don't ask the proper service to owner or shop manager. They don't even think that'stheir fault and to say "sorry" but "what do you want from me?". All I want is a pizza eatable, not a pizza to get infected withyour dirty hands. Read more
