Hi there. I went to pizza today to order some food. I took a peak into their kitchen as I was ordering, just to see that a full... grown man making a pizza with no gloves on. I was very concerned by this because we don?t know where that man?s hand has been.We need to take this health issue very seriously with all of the stuff going around. Don?t forget we just survived Covid-19 andwe have Monkeypox going around currently. It?s a shame that they don?t take extra precautions with our food. When I was a teenager in Tyler, I thought Pizza Hut was the best pizza in town. I think the quality of the ingredients is as... good now as it was almost 60 years ago, maybe even better. A truly delicious pizza. Read more
This was one of the best experiences I've had at a Pizza Hut since the 90's. The pizza was piping hot, and it was absolutely... delicious. Reminded me of when I used to go with my family to the actual "Hut" back in the day. I can't remember the gentlemanwho helped me, but he was extremely professional and could be hired anywhere. Service has suffered greatly since apparently under new management at this store. Have had numerous instances where they do not... know how to interact nor have they been trained on how to communicate with customers. Even the manager does not seem to beaware of service and how to deal with the public, very lacking. For a long time, this used to be my go to Pizza Hut locationfor their service and support in taking care of the customer and correcting issues if there is a problem with the order or ifthe customer has a concern. So disappointing. They have taken a 180 degree turn from how their service and care used to be. Ihad an order today that was supposed to be delivered. I could not get assistance from the support at the delivery number norfrom the store location. It was shown to be delivered by Door Dash on the sms notification but the support person stated thatthey had the wrong address. The correct address displayed on the Door Dash delivery status. Could not get support or anyresolution at all. Read more
