Google needs to allow -minus grades. I but a review at the local pizza hut on Belnap in Billings Mt. I completely received the... wrong order after eating over a hour. This was a $78 order after a generous tip. I will not order from pizza hut again. When Icalled to get a refund the manager didn't want to give me one. She said she would remake the order. It was already late. I toldher she had to refund me she finally did and blamed the wrong order on door dash because she had no delivery drivers so theyhired door dash. Pizza Hut used to be good. If I can give a 0, it would be more than they deserve. They burnt my pizza twice, then said it was the cheese !! Dont all... pizzas have cheese?? Then they would not refunded? I ordered from the app, to the 1207 S Pines Spokane Valley Wa 99206 store , large cheese ..pan crust ..light sauce .. over hour... later it was delivered by a door dash driver cause they outsourced .. the pizza was overcooked and no sauce and looked old. Icalled to complain and get a replacement.. another hour later , no pizza . I called back.. and "Eve" manager said they didn'tknow anything about it.. so offered to make another one ...and offered some free bread sticks for the inconvenience.. I went topick it up this time cause they don't have drivers... The pizza was better.. I asked where the free bread sticks were.. "Eve"says.. they threw them out. Sorry" ... A few weeks ago we ordered I've &55.00 in pizzas and these was the worst pizzas I've ever tasted. I called the Mgr. Back in duty... she told me she would make it right and would give me 2 pizzas on credit. I agreed so a few days later i put in a order got 1 onmy credit pizza's it was allot better still has a credit for 1 pizza well a week later I call in to get my last pizza and thesame mgr told me I didn't have a credit and she remembered our 1st conversation but refused to do good on her part of giving memy second pizza. After a round of going back and forth I told her I would just contact corporate. I contacted corporate andstill to this day I haven't heard from them either so I will never ever order from Pizza Hut again. Read more
I ordered the Detroit style pepperoni I counted 10 pepperoni and cheese did not go to edge! I called and was told the pizza... never looks like the commercials and that I must have ordered the wrong pizza. I would not advice going to the pizza hut in grand prairie 3502 S Carrier Pkwy E. From experience working there these pictures... were the condition I had to work in. I was treated very poorly by my general manager. Other pizza hut's were much better thanthis, Every other coworker and manager there were great! It was a pleasure working for them, but utter most disrespect from theGM. And on the days where it was just me one other manager there, a delivery driver and her, she was nice to me.
