Great, authentic Mexican breakfast. Highly recommend! It?s very small and not fancy, but food is excellent.
I wanted to buy 1 dozen Tomales (6 beef and 6 pork). The person taking orders at the register curtly told me that they do not... mix Tomales in a dozen. I could buy 12 beef or 12 pork or a dozen of each but not what I wanted, so I left never to return. Read more
First time trying. Was Super Impressed by layout, signage and SERVICE!!! Pastel Chalk that Highlights some of their Menu Items... is Inviting. I went straight for the Spicy Chicken Tamales, 1 doz $12.99, and BOOOYYYY!!! THEY ARE GOOD!!! YEP! YES SIRREE!!!Good amount of meat, tasty, moist masa. I can eat the entire Dozen solo. Yep, but my wife would prolly... They have a full menuwith desserts also. I sampled the Guisado and it was Delicious!!! While I waited, for my Tamales, Chris gave me a Freeunsweetened ice tea. We buy tamales here for every holiday. Call ahead to reserve your tamales at Thanksgiving and Christmas. They close at 1:00... PM, but have special holiday hours. Check out the Pecan cheese cake and the sopapilla cheese cake. Read more
It has been way too long since I had been to this place. They offer there complete menu anytime Tuesday are open. Great to hear... when you want breakfast tacos after 11am! FINALLY!! I grew up in San Antonio and the one thing I miss the most are GOOD breakfast tacos! I've tried so many places in the... greater DFW area and all were so disappointing but Plano Tortilla and Tamale Factory is THE REAL DEAL!! Their flour tortillasare so on point!!
