Never been than 60% happy at this location. Most other location are near 85% of what they should be. To much inconsistency... between locations in quality of food and service. But overall the food is usually pretty good, but it?s the poor staff, attitudeand friendliness. And this happens at times many locations. Needs to be better training or training period. And for theemployee, if you don?t like your job find another. Or get an education to get the job you want. Because it?s your poor attitudesleave a bad taste. Read more
Would not recommend coming to this location even during slow times. Drive thru takes ~5-7 minutes to take your order, the... servers seem to have a loose grasp on English, and the chicken is always very dry and small for the price you're paying. Trygoing further West to the location on 14th Street for better service. Read more
I see the reviews for this particular Popeyes location in Plano but I did not have any issue with my order... at all. Their... manager was the one working the drive-thru rhis afternoon and she was super nice and quick. On top of that, my order was spoton with no problems. Also the great thing about it all was that I ordered online, drove to pickup the food and was back at workwithin 5 minutes or so. In the end... no business is perfect but quality customer services of any kind depends on the person andthe respect they give to that establishments employee's.
