Never been than 60% happy at this location. Most other location are near 85% of what they should be. To much inconsistency... between locations in quality of food and service. But overall the food is usually pretty good, but it?s the poor staff, attitudeand friendliness. And this happens at times many locations. Needs to be better training or training period. And for theemployee, if you don?t like your job find another. Or get an education to get the job you want. Because it?s your poor attitudesleave a bad taste. Read more
Would not recommend coming to this location even during slow times. Drive thru takes ~5-7 minutes to take your order, the... servers seem to have a loose grasp on English, and the chicken is always very dry and small for the price you're paying. Trygoing further West to the location on 14th Street for better service. Read more
I see the reviews for this particular Popeyes location in Plano but I did not have any issue with my order... at all. Their... manager was the one working the drive-thru rhis afternoon and she was super nice and quick. On top of that, my order was spoton with no problems. Also the great thing about it all was that I ordered online, drove to pickup the food and was back at workwithin 5 minutes or so. In the end... no business is perfect but quality customer services of any kind depends on the person andthe respect they give to that establishments employee's. We just went though the drive thru. We ordered a 12 piece family meal, rice and beans, Cajun fries and three chicken strips. We... asked for all dark meat for the 12 piece and we?er told it will be a wait. We were fine waiting, we paid and then asked to drivearound to the door and wait. We waited 25 minutes before going inside to check on our order. We waited that long because therewere at least four employees making eye contact with us, so they knew we were there. When we went in to check on our ordereveryone acted like they didn?t know what was going on. Then someone said it?s right here. The food was cold. It had beensitting there for a while. I would not recommend this location. And I hope the owner really considers checking on their staffbecause they definitely are not working hard to make your store successful. Anyone adding 5 stars is lying. This place sucks. The orders are always wrong and management doesn't care. I try not to come... here but I figured I'd give them a try after 3 months. Today I order 2 piece dark and the chicken looked like it came from asmall hen. Can't go inside because the doors are still locked due to pandemic. News flash Popeyes everyone else has open dinningand I'm sure your staff is out in the world like everyone else. Anyway I went back through the drive to ask for another piece ofchicken to replace the hen size they game me and the girl in the window act like she didn't care. I showed her the meal and sheshrugged her shoulders. I was given another piece but it was the same small hen size. I called to talk to manager but as usualno one answers the phone.
