Super good experience today. Food was tasty as always, love the Cane sauce. Very clean, in fact the store and tables were... cleaned twice while we were there. Manager came by and offered to get our drink refills, extra ketchup, etc. Along withhelpful and friendly cashiers when we came in, overall the best experience you could expect from a fast food restaurant. I was in town visiting my son and picked up a 25 count of chicken strips. The person that answered the phone was very courteous... making sure I was ordering from the right restaurant and knew exactly where they were located. I appreciated this because I didalmost call the wrong location at first. The chicken never disappoints and I learned you can always order extra toast for $1.25each. Read more
Been eating at this location every time I am craving canes and the food is always ready within 10 minutes of ordering sometimes... even less. The cashiers are always very understanding of orders and never make any mistakes at least from my experience. Verygood place overall. Read more
It?s decent when you are hungry. Chicken strips are good. I do not know why the fries are always cold. I eat them right away and... they are never fresh but I?m usually too tired to turn back around. Please keep fries cold some how. Read more
VERY disappointed, out of all my years and out of All Fast food restaurant?s i couldn?t believe this came from canes. FRIES WITH... GREEN SPOTS . One thing is experiencing bad employee behavior. 1st visit to this location as we have eaten at several locations in Collin county already. We wanted to try something different.... We got the three piece meal between the two of use which made a tasty lunch and leftovers. Very fast service. The staff wasquick to clean the tables after customers left. Next meal we will try the locations on north side of Hwy 121 along Preston andCuster Road. Read more
Trash! The food was super late and cold. They did not read my notes! I had to get up to get Whataburger. In the notes it clearly... states (No coleslaw extra fries) and (one coke make it a sweet tea) they failed to do all this. Very disappointed! Orderedthrough Uber eats. Read more
Mediocre. Got the Box Combo (4 fingers) for 11.45 with tax for this underwhelming meal. The fingers were the size of wings. The... chicken fingers were way smaller than they look in the pictures - tough and chewy too. The breading was about 1/3 the fingers.Never been a fan of Cane?s, but I used to be able to store away leftovers when I did visit. This time, I could still go for morefood. There are lots of Nashville hot chicken places in the area that will serve more food with better quality for the same orbetter price. Read more
