This is a really amazing place. My family and I went to the place expecting a regular kind of meal. I ordered the udon chicken... noodles with a 3 spice level. It came with a perfect sweet and sour combo, and there was a tint of spice in the background.Absolutely amazing! The waiters were very nice and patient, and the atmosphere was perfect. Seriously. No one give how good or authentic restaurant this is. Opening at 5PM on Friday is not the way to do business. I... decide to call at 4:55PM and no one picked up the phone. If this was a sit down restaurant that takes a couple of hours toenjoy the food and atmosphere, yes then open at 5PM. This is a budget neighborhood takeout restaurant.
