This is quite simply not worth the pricing. Burgers reminded my wife of Culver's. The cheese fries are covered in what seems to... be Cheese Whiz. Overall I would only go there if you like to waste money for the same stuff you could get cheaper. Read more
Don?t know what would possess someone to think that a charcoal hot dog is ok to serve. Got home to discover my daughter?s dinner... was inedible and we had to make her something else. Rest of the food was fine, but a serious lack of quality control here. Read more
Wanted to try their advocado, bacon burger. Placed order at the kiosk and asked for burger to be well done and no Shack sauce on... hubby's burger, but his was not prepared as requested. Burger was not well and they added the sauce on it. I brought mine homeand noticed that it was not well done and I could not eat it because of that (I don't like seeing ANY pink)., however, servicefrom staff was really great! Wish I could've rated higher, but was pretty disappointed when I cut into my burger ???? Also,great location and atmosphere... ???? Would also like if they tended a little more to the outside area (cleaning tables and foodon ground underneath them). Read more

Very nice trendy but expensive hamburger joint. We spent $45 for 4 of us to dine. We ordered one hamburger ???? 2 chicken... sandwiches, chicken nuggets and crinkle cut fries. For me personally the food was not up to the hype or the price. I didn?t likethe taste of the chicken nuggets. I could taste that oil they fried it and it was not appealing. Food portions were small forthe price you pay. You pay for everything separately. So it will add up soon to be a good amount. But the place is good tohangout with friends. Trendy place in the heart of Legacy West posh area. Staff were friendly but couldn?t see if they are happybecause of the mask. I didn?t take chance to take pictures of the other two sandwiches.
