Super super slow!!!! All the time no matter when you go!! Ordered a bag of ice and it took 12 minutes to get on top of 7 minutes... just to place order and when the girl brought it out it was 1/4 melted and all she could say was sorry which I appreciate buthey let me fix the problem would have been better! Food was cold so I asked for fresh chicken strips, wait 10 more minutes, order comes out, now I?m short one chicken strip, wait... another 10 minutes. 30 minutes total. By then milkshake is melted. No apology offered. Read more
Never had a bad experience until tonight, really. Ordered a few soft pretzels and a drink, but only to get my soft pretzels and... no cheese sauce? And I?m not trying to be a stickler over cheese sauce, but I feel the hopper could have at least said somethingwhen she brought it out. It?s not their fault they?re out, but I feel some type of warning ahead would have been nice. Thenwhen I pressed the red button to ask about a refund when I mentioned I had no idea, since I had ordered ahead on the app, theguy who answered was rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic about it. Ordered a medium double stuffed oreo blast. Paulina was very nice. Wait was super long to even place an order. The idiot two car... spots down wouldn?t stop revving his obnoxious engine for a good 5-10 min. The parking area was full of trash. Majority of theoreo on the blast is at the top, middle section (as pictured) is almost bare with little specs, and the bottom 1/3 is just plainvanilla ice cream. This was not double stuffed - it was just regular Oreo blast. Looked nothing like the pictures. Not tomention that I paid more to receive pretty much just a regular Oreo blast. Read more
New Oreo ice cream is to die for. It is very rich and smooth at the same time. Love the ice cream and the drinks . 1/2 price... shakes after dark in the summer. And they have 1/2 price drinks during happy hour. Not a big fan of the food. But the drinks andice cream are good. Read more
I visited this Sonic for breakfast. They were pretty fast when bringing the orders out. My car hop, Mark, was friendly and... fast. I ordered the #15 ultimate meat breakfast burrito. The burrito was lacking on the meat. After all, I do order it becauseit is called the ultimate meat, not ultimate egg. There for it should be heavy on the meat. It was on the light side containingmeat. It definitely could have used more meat. The tator tots could have been crunchier. I have eaten at plenty of Sonics toknow what to expect. Their tots were a tad on the soft side. The vanilla Dr Pepper I ordered was on point! Great amount ofvanilla and not loaded with ice! Perfect when it came to my drink! I was impressed that I didn't even have to ask for salsa togo with my breakfast burrito because they already had it in the bag. They also included salt without me having to ask. The carhop readily had ketchup available when I asked, which is nice. I didn't have to wait for him to take the time to go back insideand get it. Overall, my experience here was great except for the couple of minor things I've listed above. I would definitelygive this Sonic another try in the future!! Read more
