I sat and waited over 20 minutes only to be told they had no ice cream available. Really? You don't answer the first red button... press so I have to press it again and then tell me you're out of your most popular thing? Super frustrating. The car park on aweekend night is overrun by middle schoolers too. Read more
15 minutes driving home to realize one of our burgers was missing the burger patty, store refused to make the whole order which... was now all cold, and when I get back to finally eat my cold food, I find that my tots were smashed into the bottom of the bag.What a waste of 30 minutes & $25. We frequent this location very often as it is close by our apartment. Reading the reviews really irk me. You can definitely... tell that the people who are unhappy have never worked in the food industry. In my 3 years living in Tx, I have had 1 timewhere something was amiss but it was quickly resolved. People complaining about a wrong order or being asked if they want theirchange should just use the app. I have NEVER had an issue where the app is concerned when ordering my food. Again, we eat here3 maybe 4 times a week, even if it is ordering drinks or just ice cream. Keep up the amazing job you all do!!! Read more
I was craving a good burger. I chose sonic what a disappointment. I asked for a #1 and #2 combo to be cooked fresh. Both burgers... was not cooked fresh and the fries were burnt. I gave the young lady a tip and she miscounted the money 3 times saying I onlygave her a certain amount. So I asked her to count it again then she got it right. Worst sonic location I?ve ever been to. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order before driving to another stall because... I thought the first one might have been having an issue? only to continue waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. Agentleman finally comes through and tell me they?re closing in 5 minutes, which would have been 10 minutes prior to the closetime scheduled online (not including the 15+ I?d been waiting), so they?re no longer making shakes. Always fast delivery on orders, fresh food and yummy options. very impressed by their service, polite staff, quick order and... take out, they were busy even in the lock down, love their grilled cheese and fries, tatar tots always fresh and crispy, kidslove their shakes, and mozatella cheese sticks, easy to order with sonic app, wonderful service, no long wait. We ordered foodand within few minutes it was ready and delivered, I am surprised at how busy they were inspite of lock down, all car ports wereoccupied, now wonder they provide good service!
