I found this awesome place last week when I stopped to put some gas and I fell in love! The bread is just divine and few days... later I found myself craving it! What do you think I?ve done? Came back for more! This time I brought for everyone! My husbandtoo the rescue sandwich and said it was amazing, my son took roast beef sandwich and me and my daughter took vegetariansandwich. (We also tried potato salad that was great and took 2 soups) They have Medium and large - my advice- take the large!You might not finish it but you know what? The reviews don?t lie, this sandwich shop is amazing. My chicken club sandwich was excellent and savored every bite. The... sourdough bread you could tell was fresh and homemade. It feels like a mom & pop deli no frills just great food. They also havea pizza which will try next time. Just wish I tried sourdough bread deli sooner. If your in the area definitely try this place. The sandwich that?s worth it?s weight in sourdough goodness! Quality flavor in every scrumptious bite. We tried the Blackened... Chicken Avocado and Chicken Pesto Avocado, both were delicious! We topped it off with a giant chocolate chip cookie made inhouse that was the perfect amount being to this meal. The shop is a no frills kind of place that makes the sandwiches stand outeven more. This place is a hidden gem. I?ve tried several of their sandwiches and they?re all awesome. Their rescue - is their main... sandwich. The sour dough sponge bread bun is the best, crispy on the outside, warm and soft in the inside. Love their meatballand their Ruben sandwiches as well. Read more
New favorite local sandwich shop! ???? Based on the other reviews, I gave this spot a try. The Small Turkey Sandwich with it's... toasted Sourdough bread and quality toppings were so good. (I added mushrooms, that another reviewer recommended.) And I'm gladI asked about the Potato Salad! It's the best I've had in a very long time. It reminded me of picnics and family reunions, youknow, the kind grandma made. The order of Potato Salad can easily feed two. It's a mustard and boiled egg (Southern) type thathad the perfect amount of spices. I can't wait to sink my teeth into the Chocolate Chip Cookie later. They do a lot oftake-out orders, but there are tables for dining in, like I did. The place is clean, the people are friendly, and the Classicalmusic was soothing. The BEST local sandwich shop and deli. The roast beef/pastrami, tuna/chicken salad, the soft daily baked sourdough bread to the... soup, it's all delicious! I have not tried one thing I have not liked! Both the owners are very kind and will explain how toorder and all the favorites. Try the pizza!
