This is a very clean well organized SB. All the staff here is super nice and very friendly. They are quick getting out orders.
I had gone to this Starbucks with my mom and little sister and ordered a Blended Strawberry Lemonade, Sugarcookie Latte, a... snowman cookie, and a few danishes. After adding the sugar plum cheese danish to our order, he told us they did not have it so Ihad to pay for something I wanted and got nothing I paid for, I had to choose something else that wasn?t good. Apparently theguy on the drive through window had misheard us, which isn?t a big deal, but the elderly man in the drive-thru had said therewas no way to remake my lemonade because ?you said strawberry purée? okay? not a big deal, but when I got to try the drinkitself, it tasted like battery acid. It wasn?t sweet at all, it wasn't even diluted lemonade but straight lemon juice. When Ilooked at the man to say something else, he went, ?We aren?t going to remake your drink because we have a line?, my mom didn?twant any conflict with this old guy so we drove away, I didn?t care my drink sucked, I had to throw away my drink. Workers at this location are never nice. I kept coming here because of the location being right next to my place. I waited... forever for my order and no help. I finally got the order, and I questioned why it looked like it was in the grande size when Iordered a venti and the manager (she acted like a manager at least) kept cutting me off and saying Starbucks sends you guysthose cups for venti?s with WHICH IS FINE but her whole demeanor and attitude was so rude and she wanted me out of there. I?malready having a horrible day, and she was not friendly. I go to Starbucks for a boost in my mood, but today was not like how Iusually experience Starbucks. This location is always a hit or miss. I guess that?s pretty much with all Starbucks locations. Not sure why so much of my drink... was missing. I always ask for light ice and always end up with more ice than drink. Read more
Probably is the best Starbucks I?ve been to in years. Just happened to stop by and was blown away by how nice they were.
I ordered a strawberry açaí refresher on the app and picked it up. I usually only get iced coffee but felt like changing it... up. It was a very refreshing drink and the crew were very nice and welcoming. Read more
All staff in this Starbucks branch are so kind, positive and very responsible. I go to this Starbucks a few times a week bc they always strive to be the best! I choose this Starbucks specifically bc you can... taste the difference in the way your drink is made and The employees are always so friendly, especially Terrell and Alyssa.
